I highly recommend the ASUS VP249QGR for $159

I’ve bought 2 of em a month ago and think it’s by far the best bang for buck under $200. It has free sync but works perfectly fine with g sync. They go in and out of stock pretty often on amazon but you should be able to get one easily if you check a few times a day

Sorry I was doing something, but I recommend getting this monitor instead. Getting a 1080p 27 inch monitor is worse then a 24 inch one since the pixels are bigger on the 27 inch one therefore making it grainy

Best 1080p 144hz monitor right here . This is the monitor I have and it’s so good. Vibrant colors, a price under $200 (might be a little more right now since it’s out of stock and being sold by 3rd parties right now). IPS panel, freesync. I’d go for this one

if you're actually spending 400 on the gigabyte 5700xt i would spend the extra 30 or so dollars and just pick up a red devil or Nitro+

i personally use it and its more than capable for my WarZone requirements :)

You might be able to hit 1440 with some games. I guess you could invest in a monitor for future upgrades but would be pricey. This is only 75hz and no display port. One option with that build would be to go for 1080p 144hz probably only an extra $50 or so.

Looks like a decent competitor to the $159.99 Asus VP249QGR if you want to trade IPS for G-Sync.

For me, the shipping delays were not nearly as bad as they were made out to be. I had a monitor that wasn't even schedule to ship until April 30th arrive on the 17th. The order was placed on the 14th. So pretty much in-line with normal Prime shipping.

i'm in roughly the same price range as OP and would like to use my PC for gaming at the highest settings i can manage. instead of the monitor you put in PC parts picker would it be ok to have basically the same build but grab two of these monitors instead?
