I used Ikea Capita legs first, but they were too high for my liking

I bought two sets of these total of 4 legs for $10.20 about two years ago, I think they sell it in a pack of 4 now.

These might help, just get some rubber pads to stick on the tops. Helps with vibration.

The cabinet feet that its sitting on have a bit of grip + the weight of countertop alone keeps it in place.

I'm 5'7 and use these spacers: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NCKZRTL

I wouldn't say you need them though, honestly it would have been a fine height without them, I just liked the way they looked. I definitely wouldn't go higher than 2" though.

Just a few furniture feet. Attached them to the drawers and set them in so they wouldn't be as noticeable. Gives a little floating effect

Here are the legs I used for both the riser and the desk. I took the plastic caps off of them though, which made them a little shorter. The plastic is designed to twist to your preferred height. I wasn't a fan, so I simply pulled them off.

something like this

The Karlby is pretty solid and doesn’t need anything supporting it in the middle.

Hey man! If you believe the desk will be too short for you here’s a recommendation!.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NCKZRTL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_pIlEFbDSCMN1A

You can screw them in, but I just used really strong tape to keep them from moving. You can also adjust the height of these if you want them to be bigger. I’ve had them for over a year now so worth.. you will need 2 orders of these since there’s only 4 in a pack :)

I ordered some of these furniture risers on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NCKZRTL/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_SK3UEb1WPN4XM

Screwed them into the drawers and put the little rubber spots that cam with the Alex drawers on them so the top doesn't slide around

The top is the Hammarp from Ikea (I don't think they have it anymore), but it's essentially just butcher block and I stained it. The drawers are the Alex drawers from Ikea, and the legs between the top and the drawers are these legs I found on Amazon here.

Desk is a tabletop I bought from Home Depot (sanded & stained) and yes those are the Alex drawers! I have these for the space between top and drawers.

It's the IKEA Karlby tabletop.. trimmed down to 62 inch from 74 inch. Drawers are ALEX. Spacers are VOVOV 50mm metal legs.

We ended up ordering two Winsome Halifax 5 drawer units (link below). Little more expensive and the dimensions are different. I'm using the LINNMON 78" top. These Winsome drawers will need to be rotated to where the drawers are either facing to the side, unlike the orientation of the Alex. We also ordered some small adjustable feet for support. If it doesn't function or look the best it's OK because we can use the units for other things so it's a risk worth taking for us. Also, after doing a lot of searching for alternatives we found inventory for darn near everything is an issue right now.

Indeed they are, I measured how far apart I wanted them and shot some starter holes to get the screws in. Id have to remeasure for how far in and on the sides i did them but wanted to avoid being in on next to the side panel and not to far forward or back. I used the below legs and cut some of the 3M rubber to face upwards to prevent any sliding as the legs are plastic.

Thank you! I'm really enjoying it. The Karlby desks are 25+5/8inch (\~65cm deep) each

I like my monitor placement - it's not too close. I could have it further back if I wanted! The monitor mount is from Amazon:HUANUO Dual Monitor Mount (White)

If you're talking about the legs - they are adjustable metal "appliance" legs - like for an oven or refrigerator I guess. I had to put these shorter ones (VOVOV - 15mm tall) in the corner where the desk is overlapping and then these longer ones on the Alex drawer to the right. BQLZR (104mm). I like having the extra storage they provide - lots of other people on this sub have used these. I only drilled 2 wood screws into each leg to attach to the KARLBY (they have 4 holes)

Hey, i found the capita legs too thin and long for my needs so I got smaller wider ones from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NCKZRTL/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_K16xEb65YN7EY

I think these look much better and can be heigh adjusted a little bit too. Heres my setup with these in action:
