This is not your run-of-the-mill fitness book. Developed by world-renowned gluteal expert Bret Contreras, Strong Curves offers an extensive fitness and nutrition guide for women seeking to improve their physique, function, strength, and mobility. Contreras spent the last eighteen years researching and field-testing the best methods for building better butts and shapelier bodies. In Strong Curves, he offers the programs that have proven effective time and time again with his clients, allowing you to develop lean muscle, rounded glutes, and greater confidence. Each page is packed with information decoding the female anatomy, providing a better understanding as to why most fitness programs fail to help women reach their goals. With a comprehensive nutritional guide and over 200 strength exercises, this book gets women off the treadmill and furnishes their drive to achieve strength, power, and sexy curves from head to toe. Although the glutes are the largest and most powerful muscle group in the human body, they often go dormant due to lifestyle choices, leading to a flat, saggy bum. Strong Curves is the cure.

Honestly? Check out Strong Curves. Ignore the part about being for women. Take all the "glute" focused work and add it to your current strength training plan. Wham, bam, look at the ass on that man.

To clarify - Strong Curves was not "designed by a woman" it is just a popular program that was designed to "enhance" the female physique. Here is a link to the book.

Well, that does make things trickier, but not impossible.

Check out the Strong Curves program for the at-home routine that uses your body weight instead of weightlifting equipment. For cardio, take up running, biking, rollerblading, or whatever you want outside of the gym (though it'd be much easier to just grab an elliptical at the gym and get to work; everyone's just staring at their phone/book, anyway, so there's nothing to be nervous about).

The majority of weight loss is really going to happen in the kitchen. Take in less calories than you expend, simple as that.

Actually this book also stuck out in my memory more recently when I was looking for a weight training program off r/fitness and the first review says:

>Honestly, I would recommend going directly to the workouts at the end of the book; unless rage makes you lift heavier, you should skip most of the proceeding text. While the author is very knowledgeable about women's butts, he doesn't seem to have a very high opinion of women as a whole, and his tone often comes off as sexist or condescending. The workouts at the end are phenomenal, but I can only give it two stars because of the sexism and poor editting.

Hey,

Its a book, Strong Curves By Bret Contreras, not a glute guide. Here is an amazon link, but I am sure you can find it many places: https://www.amazon.com/Strong-Curves-Womans-Building-Better/dp/1936608642

The Three-Body Problem

The Dark Forest

Deaths end

Its trilogy! The first book starts off with.. The Three-Body Problem is the first chance for English-speaking readers to experience the Hugo Award-winning phenomenon from China's most beloved science fiction author, Liu Cixin.

Set against the backdrop of China's Cultural Revolution, a secret military project sends signals into space to establish contact with aliens. An alien civilization on the brink of destruction captures the signal and plans to invade Earth. Meanwhile, on Earth, different camps start forming, planning to either welcome the superior beings and help them take over a world seen as corrupt, or to fight against the invasion. The result is a science fiction masterpiece of enormous scope and vision.

I hope this helps!
