All my motherboards have either had a screw already in the standoff itself and/or in the accessories bag for the motherboard.
Edit: but if you're absolutely sure there's no screw, this should work https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q3DLCJ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_yBPcFbA9EAZQ3

Usually the screws and standoff come with the motherboard. Most M.2 screws are CM2x3-3.3. You could try this https://www.amazon.com/SGTKJSJS-M-2-Screw-NVMe-Mounting/dp/B07Q3DLCJ4 though it specifically states Asus in the description.

Well as others have said it should come with the motherboard, infact I used this motherboard recently and it was already on the screw. So if for some reason you can't find it here is a kit that even comes with a handy tiny screw driver! For $5 USD

You can get a full standoff / screw set from Ebay or Amazon for around $5 for the whole kit.
It's actually called an m2 screw, so if you have a local hardware store, there is a chance they'll just have the screw.

Basically anywhere. You need to search for M.2 screws
Here's one on Amazon, but you can probably find something a lot more cheaper if you look.

Looked for them tirelessly, can't seem to find them, even looked in my brother's mobo box and didn't find any m.2 screws. Does this look fine as a replacement?

I bought a used motherboard and it didn't come with one either. Ordered this set on Amazon for $5.

Something like this might work, it looks like a pretty standard m.2 screw.

Most likely any M.2 SSD screw would work?Maybe try this?
Edit: Or possibly contact Razer support and maybe they will have one?

Thanks for the information, I was worried about that mounting thing.
Is something like this what you're referring to?

i couldnt find just the screw but this would work

Hey mate, you would need an M key SSD, type 2242/2260/2280 (both SATA & PCIE mode) .
So essentially any NVME or Sata drive will do, as long as it's M Key. As for the screws - they are not too complex, look for any set matching this:
https://www.amazon.com/SGTKJSJS-M-2-Screw-NVMe-Mounting/dp/B07Q3DLCJ4
You might also be able to poke ASUS for it.

Asus says the board comes with two, but they're pretty tiny and seem to walk off on their own.
You can buy small screw kits on Amazon, including one's "for Asus" but any M.2 screw shoud work. Just search for "M.2 mounting screw".
Here's a $5 kit.

Then you need a screw. The size is M2 x 3mm Length. You can usually find them at hardware stores. Or you could just order this: https://www.amazon.com/SGTKJSJS-M-2-Screw-NVMe-Mounting/dp/B07Q3DLCJ4/ref=sr_1_3?crid=240DUV95NNZ0N&dchild=1&keywords=m2+x+3mm+screw&qid=1586878143&sprefix=m2+x+3mm+%2Caps%2C170&sr=8-3

What do you mean you could screw the M.2 all the way down? You didn't have the standoff screw? That would cause the M.2 drive to be bent and that isn't a good idea.
You might want to get a M.2 screw/standoff kit.

You should order an NVME drive and a screw kit from amazon. The screws are only $5: https://www.amazon.com/SGTKJSJS-M-2-Screw-NVMe-Mounting/dp/B07Q3DLCJ4/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=nvme+screws&qid=1593629823&sr=8-4
