I got it off amazon. The lights also phase through the symbols in another setting so it’s not as bright.

I have two recommendations;
LED lights for the back of the TV. You can buy a strip from Walmart for around 5-10 dollars.
Buy another one of those baskets you have on your bottom row, cut out the back half, and use it to mask your power strip/cables.
Also, if you're looking for some simple playstation merch; They have Playstation branded display lamps.
There's also Totaku figures if you want something small and simple:
