Get some cable ties to tidy up the cables. You could also use some 3m tape to put that power stop under the desk or on the leg of the desk

I feel the mans pain though... my cables are EVERYWHERE! That’s why roommates suck, just can’t have it completely the way I want it. Good thing I’m moving in a few months! When it comes to cable organization, I don’t do velcro though... I either use adhered channels or my favorite temporary organization are with these.

Do you think using flex glue sealant to the back rubber is enough, or sticking this between the upper feet and the vents? https://www.amazon.com/OHill-Organizer-Management-Organizing-Adhesive/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=sxin_0_ac_m_pm?ac_md=2-1-QWJvdmUgJDg%3D-ac_d_pm&cv_ct_cx=phone+cord+holders&dchild=1&keywords=phone+cord+holders&pd_rd_i=B071FXZBMV&pd_rd_r=fa82cbc5-ac66-4a36-96c2-c8a027b141bd&pd_rd_w=49vh2&pd_rd_wg=P5FGX&pf_rd_p=7d20a4a8-392e-4493-b921-9340b9e850ce&pf_rd_r=AN950M73XJRYQDZN2K7X&psc=1&qid=1585943205&sr=1-2-3f74d940-526b-436f-a83d-f486577edf4d

I would say go wireless on your peripherals. Wireless mouse and keyboard play headphones. That basically cleans up your desk.
I'm not sure what's next to the hard drive, but do you even need it? And If so why not put it like with the tower?
With your setup the tower on the desk doesn't look good or clean and you can see all those wires.
With the tower on the ground you can run the monitor cables down the middle post. You can use zip ties so they do not get out of place. Or velcro ones for some flexibility.
Biggest challenge is going to be your stand up desk. Should be able to use something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_DqA2Fb4Q0ZK4G
You can tape them to the underneath of the desk and route your cables there. But you're going to need some slack still since your desk moves.
That really would fix all your pc cables.
Again not sure what that thing is next to the hard drive.
You could also tape an extended cord under the desk and makes it easy to hide some power cables.
Just some thoughts.

Powered USB hub, or just a USB charger with a bunch of ports attached to bottom of desk. Connect cables, route them towards the front of the desk with clips of some kind (I use a combination of velcro cable ties screwed to the bottom of the desk and clip like these, https://www.amazon.com/OHill-Organizer-Management-Organizing-Adhesive/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=sxin_2_ac_d_rm?ac_md=0-0-Y2FibGUgY2xpcHM%3D-ac_d_rm&cv_ct_cx=cable+clips&keywords=cable+clips&pd_rd_i=B071FXZBMV&pd_rd_r=ced75d36-5841-4a64-962e-749601ef8b7d&pd_rd_w=mon97&pd_rd_wg=OhWKW&pf_rd_p=e2f20af2-9651-42af-9a45-89425d5bae34&pf_rd_r=ETK8P9K5NRMX9VN717P4&psc=1&qid=1579105019).
Near the front of the desk I route them off to the side and then back again, which is just a way of creating slack but keeping all that slack neatly out of sight. Then when you need the cable you can just unclip it from the bottom of the desk and plug in what you need. Hopefully that was clear enough

I see charging cable holders like these that the spaghetti is strung through. I'm not at all sure why they would advertise cable organizers in the most avant garde way possible, but that's my best guess.

I think I spent a total 4.5 hours straight on it, and there was definitely planning. Idk cable management is a fun activity for me so I made sure to buy long enough wires for everything so I can have the most freedom in placing them where I want. I used gorilla mounting tape for the 2 power strips underneath the desk and originally I had those rubber wire organizers https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_422tEbXTF1GA0 but those really don’t hold Corsair or display port wires very well so I ended taking those off and used Velcro strips and a decent amount of black duct tape. Originally I had zip ties on cuz I had them laying around but seeing how much I like to switch it up or switch out parts it’s too much of a hassle to to use zips

If the DisplayPorts and HDMI are going to side by side monitors you can zip tie or twist tie them together. Add in the audio if the location of the speakers allow.
If the keyboard uses up two USB ports, then it might have a USB port on the keyboard that you can plug the mouse into.
I don’t know how the Index needs to be hooked up, or how often you use it, but maybe a powered USB hub just for it could clear some of the clutter behind the computer.
Apart from that, maybe something like this can help you position wires so they seem organized. I have a few stuck to the back of my desk for cables I frequently use:

>back of the desk with a magnet
I am very curious on how this is done, I've attempted to do a similar thing with these and they keep falling off. A magnet is a great idea, although I'm curious of the logistics of this.

I assume you don't have a mapping robot with keep out zones?
if not, you just have to keep the cables off the ground, especially the unplugged one.
these are nice if the cables are from your desk or counter:

You can run the cords along the bottom of the table to the legs. Go straight down at the legs, then back over to the plug if thats the look you want
To run the cords along the bottom of the table, you can get sticky cable guides on amazon like these: https://www.amazon.com/OHill-Organizer-Management-Organizing-Adhesive/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=desk+cable+guide&qid=1596499128&sr=8-3
The only issue with your desk is that its sit/stand so youll have to leave enough slack in the cables

I had a couple of these laying around and so I stuck one underneath on each corner. Worked perfectly!
Edit: I used the round ones with two cable slots, as they seemed to achieve the perfect angle for me. But that set I linked has a few different sizes so you could play around a bit.

Haha no problem. I tried a dash arm mount, window arm mount, vent clips, a ProClip, and a CD changer phone mount. All solutions had several compromises that I didn't like.
Dash arm mounts seemed to bulky in the NX interior and also vibrated a bit. There's also no great place to mount the suction cup of the dash arm mounts unless it's right in front of the infotainment screen, which blocks the screen. I didn't want to mount it on the leather dash because it might leave stains on the dash.
Window arm mounts don't look as integrated and natural in the car. I also don't like the smudge it leaves on the windshield. However, the utility is pretty good and I'd rate this my second choice behind the dash magnetic phone mount I linked before.
Vent clips are a great option too but phones can't fit in portrait view with a vent clip as the NX's AC controls are super sloped. That means you have to rotate the phone to landscape and then mount it, which is lowkey a pain because I have auto rotate off on my phone and always use portrait mode for Google Maps. The same issues popped up with the ProClip mount they make for the NX.
The CD changer phone mount is way too low and lowkey gets in the way of the gear knob. This is probably the worst option imo.
All in all, the dash (non-arm) phone mount is sleek, small, has a strong magnet, and fits nicely on the side of the climate control area. I even stuck a one cable organizer next to the dash mount, meaning my charging cable is always next to the phone mount. All in all, a great setup that's clean, organized, and nonintrusive in looks. The only downside is that the climate control buttons are slightly blocked when the phone is attached in that area, but I rarely touch my climate controls and have my phone mounted at the same time, so it's a non-issue for me.

The dell u3818dw has a usb c outlet/cable that I have connected and lined underneath the desk using some cable management gadgets like these cable clips: OHill Cable Clips, 16 Pack Black Cord Organizer Cable Management for Organizing Cable Cords Home and Office, Self Adhesive Cord Holders https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_.suuEbAH8CG2D
These clips work wonders, and I highly recommend them. That’s how I also neatly organized my cable that attaches to my MacBook Pro multi port adapter (to the monitor—and not the actual MacBook Pro itself) that is double sided stickied at the front left side of the desk. This way everything is connected through a single usb c cable from the monitor to my MacBook Pro.
Hope this helps with ideas!

sounds like you got a lot of electrical interference. your Case must have badly insulated front panel connectors and its the sound of electrons that cause the fuzziness.. suggestion if you are at a desk. get a male 3.5mm to female 3.5mm jack and a cable clip thingy

I've had success sticking cable holders on the bottom of things to get them elevated. Like in this amazon listing for example.
I've used the top ones, which are quite tall (about 10-14mm), and also the left ones on the 4th row. For a laptop I'd say a couple of the ones from the bottom row on the image would be ok (they are about 5-7mm tall), but there should be taller ones if you need them.
The ideal place to stick the onto an XPS 15 is between the top foot and fan grill, but make sure it doesn't cover the fan intake as it's not big to begin with. You can always cut the cable holder with scissors to make it fit.

Yeah I was thinking of getting a strip for my monitor. So I used a raceway, here’s the link for the one I bought-AmazonBasics Cable Raceway/Concealer with Self-Adhesive Tape - 48-Inch - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q1DBY8Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_AapfEbM2NH6NS, and it was big enough to fit multiple cables in one spot. To keep all of my cables along the left back leg of the desk I used these-OHill Cable Clips, 16 Pack Black Cord Organizer Cable Management for Organizing Cable Cords Home and Office, Self Adhesive Cord Holders https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YbpfEb71YMV8P, and I’d recommend getting a roll of thin double sided tape for a power strip if you need one, which I did. Also I’d add some of that tape to the cable clips because the tape isn’t that strong for somewhat heavy cables. I’m adding some pictures in a bit when I get home so I’ll share them with you as well so you can get an idea.

Another option for cable sleeving that WireCutter gave a good review.
Also would recommend getting a bunch of velcro cable cable ties and some cable holders when routing above the desk.

if you don't want to stick cable "raceways" onto the wall, you could put clips of some kind on the underside of the desk to hold the excess flush against the desk.
Some products:
Stick-on cord clips; this pack has singles, doubles, triples, and fives (comes in white as well)
Another style of clips
Small cleats for winding cords around (these screw in place)
Larger cleats for larger cords or cables

Cord concealer kits (or raceways) in various sizes and shapes; they come in kits with elbows; most are paintable so they can match the wall
Cable wraps, which let you bundle free-hanging cables together into a tidy-looking shape (some are mesh, and some are neoprene)

Cord organizing boxes that can sit on the desk or the floor; many of these will let you put a power strip inside.

and baskets or wire ledges (or flat metal) that mount to the underside of the desk. Some are designed in a way that would let you wrap wires around, which would eliminate the need for cleats. Most of these would hold power strips up out of the way as well

You could also just use twist ties or cable ties (zip ties) , in black, to fasten some of the cords into bundles so it's just fewer lines, if visual clutter is your problem.

You're very welcome! For the cables under your desk, I would recommend getting an under desk cable tray, such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/Under-Desk-Cable-Management-Tray/dp/B07HMXBSLW/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=under+desk+cable+tray&qid=1592258475&sr=8-5, and putting all of your cables and power strips in there. Any cables that are left sagging can be held up to the bottom of the desk with cable clips: https://www.amazon.com/Yocice-Adhesive-Organizer-Management-Upgraded/dp/B07PNSTB4N/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Cable+clips&qid=1592258507&sr=8-5. For the cables that plug into your monitor, you can route them behind your monitor arm with velcro and zip-ties: https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO-Brand-Sticky-Fasteners-Perfect/dp/B00006RSWT/ref=sxts_sxwds-bia-wc-p13n1_0?cv_ct_cx=Velcro&dchild=1&keywords=Velcro&pd_rd_i=B00006RSWT&pd_rd_r=ebe2a382-063c-4a73-8be8-c6257e215289&pd_rd_w=ow9YF&pd_rd_wg=qdXIi&pf_rd_p=1da5beeb-8f71-435c-b5c5-3279a6171294&pf_rd_r=CM9ANAM0RB6K77HGQ1FE&psc=1&qid=1592258544&sr=1-1-70f7c15d-07d8-466a-b325-4be35d7258cc & https://www.amazon.com/Hmrope-Premium-Plastic-Strength-Self-Locking/dp/B07TG9VMWY/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Zip+ties&qid=1592258581&sr=8-5. And finally, for the ones coming from your keyboard and mouse, you can either drill a hole in your desk, or get these: https://www.amazon.com/OHill-Organizer-Management-Organizing-Adhesive/dp/B071FXZBMV/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=cable+management&qid=1592258625&sr=8-4 . This will make it look a bit nicer. Hope this helps!

In case it's useful, here's the rundown of the stuff I used under the desk for cable management...
I used Command Strips to hook anything that wasn’t just cable — like power strip, power bricks for monitors, and my thunderbolt dock:

I used these to coil/fold the slack in each cable:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0154MS9Q0/ref=cm_sw_r_em_api_i_c_o1nRDb1EQMDYF

I used these to place each cable along the desired path, hang the coiled/folded bundle of slack, and affix the retractible badge holders (mentioned next):
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PG8CR1V/ref=cm_sw_r_em_api_i_c_B8nRDbKC1VBTH

I used these retractible badge holders to take up the slack in the cables I wanted to be able to pull up onto my desk for charging:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CSNVHHZ/ref=cm_sw_r_em_api_i_c_f4nRDbMKGTSMC?th=1

And I used one of these to hold the end of the "retractible" (i.e. thanks to the above retractible badge holders) lightning cable under my desk, which I pull up above my desk only when I want to charge my mouse or keyboard:
