Perhaps one or two of these lights. I'm sure you can find a similar 2 pack. Budget-friendly, should take care of a few houseplants in that spot.
(You can choose to use only 2 of that 6-pack but they only come with one power supply, so the rest would be useless unless you rigged them very close by.)

This is the second flower I’ve seen it bloom. The first one had already sprouted so it was obviously already doing well. Besides that’s I have have my whole collection under grow lights from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFPBQDR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_c5GpFbH60FAQA), water them once a month or when the the dirt is super dry, and dry them outside or with a fan after they have been watered.

These probably won't fit on that particular shelf you have set up, but they're my top favorite grow lights out of maybe 4 different kinds I've tried. They also come with both sticky pads and screws(and hooks/zip ties for wire shelves) and all work well, in my experience. I didn't think the sticky pads would be able to withstand how warm the top of the lights get, but man I found out otherwise when I tried to take them back off.

When I began running out of window space, I got these. They're mounted to the bottom of the top shelf of a couple of plant stands, so the plants at the top get sunlight and the plants below get grow light. Since I don't have any southern facing windows, the grow lights help keep all my light-loving plants happy :)

i have her under 2 of these grow lights for about 12-14 hrs a day, these honestly saved my succulents LOL the cold and the west coast fires a few months back almost killed them 😬

Really need some help picking growlights for regular houseplants! Please help!
I could really really use some help. I’m trying to set up some shelves about 13 feet from a north facing window that’s facing the interior of a courtyard with a tree (lighting is terrible in here). I live in the New England area so lighting isn’t as strong as it could be. I have been looking at grow lights for a few days and I’m now even more lost after a bunch of research.
I have a bunch of plants that have a wide range of lighting needs. I have everything from string of hearts and string of pearls all the way to calathea and ctenanthe. I had picked some grow lights on amazon (linked below). But then saw people were using them for succulents, so started to get a bit scared I would burn my diva calatheas. Ideally I don’t want to JUST keep the plants alive, I would like for them to thrive and grow too.
I have two sets of shelves from ikea that have glass shelves. The height of the shelves aren’t adjustable and the full run of the shelves are 5 feet grand total (1 small set 1 large set). My budget is $150 so would like to stay at less than that. Any ideas on what I should do?? Thank you thank you thank you for any help

Edit: also would like to add I’m using 3 levels at 5 foot long each. Also the bottom of the light would most likely be about 12 inches from the bottom of each shelf. So the plants will probably be at most 6 inches from the light.
And if I need to get different kinds of grow lights for different types of plants that’s totally ok

https://www.amazon.com/Monios-L-Output-Spectrum-Sunlight-Replacement/dp/B07QFPBQDR are the lights I use, tho I truly can’t attest to whether how great they do or don’t work as ever since I’ve used them it’s been paired with a few hours of indirect or partial direct sun. Tho I feel they must do something since I’ve had my plants getting indirect sunlight through tinted glass doors.

The lights had really good reviews & I've used the hooks for other projects before and they work great! If you end up getting the lights, make sure you remove the almost completely invisible film that's covering them!

The container is roughly 5x5x8. It was actually a sold as a kitchen countertop container to be used for coffee and such. It has a square bamboo top and a thick glass base, so I drilled the appropriate size out of the bamboo to fit a net cup and blacked out the glass. It's a cool decorative setup that we use as a centerpiece/conversation starter when we have company. I use Monios T8 led lights on all my plants currently! This pack has 6 strips and I pair them up in twos to get what I need per 2ft section. They have a few different lengths available. Link below 😊

You could use them for tropical plants, or seed starting if you do any of that. The light doesn't have to be as close/bright in those applications. Personally I hate the color. It might be efficient for photosynthesis, but it's hard on the eyes. I wouldn't use them anywhere except a closed room, zippered mylar grow tent, etc. Plus, I find that succulents keep their color a lot better under full-spectrum lights, compared to red-blue. These are probably my favorite so far.

If you want ultra high end and don’t mind paying for it, Soltech Solutions.
How are your plants situated? Are they on a shelf or a bookcase? If there is an ability to mount LED strips underneath the shelf above them, an economical, looks good and good for the plants are these strips which I also use: https://www.amazon.com/Monios-L-Output-Spectrum-Sunlight-Replacement/dp/B07QFPBQDR
It may be more than you need but if you plan on expanding at all, you get good bang for buck there. The lighting spectrum is also not as full white/daylight (which tends to look sort of blue), but an ever so slightly softer white (but far from yellow).

These are the ones I use. I have them zip-tied to the underside of each shelf of a wire shelving unit. They've made a marked difference, especially with my succulent propagation.

I’m a broke college student too! 😂 I have these from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QFPBQDR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and they seem o work pretty well, allowed me to move some of my plants away from the one window I own lol. For shelves, can you safely stack a shelving unit on top of what you currently have against that wall? I can’t really tell what it is from the photo.

I've tried the Cholas and they are great for what they are, the output isn't that intense but is ok for most indoor applications. My biggest complaint is you can't hook it up to an external timer. They also don't come with much in the way of mounting. I ended upgraded to these. More lumens, lots of mounting options and can be used with external timers. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QFPBQDR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I do these days. I have a few dozen of these. They claim to be "full spectrum", but they also claim to be 2900K, so ... uhh, I dunno. But the plants are happy.
- I use shelves. My lights are zip-tied to the shelf above each level.
- I arrange and position my plants based on height. So when a plant gets too close to the lights, I move it to a taller shelf. I aim for about 4-6" clearance.
- I've been using this setup for about a month; before that, I used T5 tubes.
- I'm growing dozens of different herbs and vegetables, including tomatoes and lettuces. None of them seem to have noticed any difference.
- I have, however, noticed more algae than before. I suspect that's just because there's a lot more light in my new setup.

I’m using these with my IKEA Milsbo glass cabinet that I turned into a greenhouse and they work great.
I will say that the 3m tape will not last so I’ve had to use twine to hold them.

Not at all! I bought them on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFPBQDR?
I have a set of modular shelves and mounted the grow lights underneath them. For some plants that need more light, I mounted two. For plants that needed less, I just used one.
I have them plugged into a power strip with a built-in timer, so they go on at 8:30am and stay on for 12 hours.
The lights get warm, but not super hot like the one T5 fixture I have.
I’ve tried a number of different kinds of LEDs, and I like that these have a hard switch that you can flip on and off. Some have buttons to select brightness and the length of time you want to have the light on, but I found it to be a bit of a bother to do every morning, and they don’t work with an external timer like the one I’m using.
I do find that they’re a bit on the yellow side; I wish they were a more pure white. But as I said before, my plants seem to be doing well so perhaps it isn’t as big a deal as I thought. I have a jade plant growing under one and it is nice and compact with healthy leaves. I also started tomato, basil, cilantro, and snapdragon seeds under the lights earlier this spring and they grew into really healthy little plants - no sickly foliage or etiolation. I consider that a win!

Just realized this isn’t OPs actual post. Here’s the original OPs answer:
Monios-L T8 LED Grow Light 2FT, 144W(6×24W) High Output Plant Grow Light Strip, Full Spectrum Sunlight Replacement with High PAR for Indoor Plant, 6-Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFPBQDR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ZfqJDbVB0P29V
These ones are the best ones I’ve found. Doesn’t make your space look like you’re obviously growing weed since it’s white light lol and doesn’t give off a ton of heat which burns my plants. Also I like that the bulbs are curved and have 3 led strips per light so I have more versatility in my set up.

underneath each level of the greenhouse shelves i placed these 2ft growing LED light strips. they seem to be responding well to these as well.
the plumeria cuttings i have been bag rooting had little response, but ever since then they have all put out leaves and roots, and that's just scattered light from the shelves

Lighting opinions for a newb?
Looking on advice for bang for buck lighting for a lettuce cilantro and basil small indoor garden (first timer here!). Don't want to spend a bunch right now (covid problems), but was thinking about doing Mason jar kratzky method under some lights on a little island cart. I'd be more interested in full spectrum vs burple. What is considered best bang in the approx $50 range? I've seen:
-
Mars...but a little pricy for lettuce... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VL8FZS1/ref=cm_sw_r_apa_i_Ca8KEb877TRB5
-
Costco? Seems underpowered? https://www.costco.com/ge-40w-24%22-led-grow-light-fixture-for-indoor-plants%2C-balanced-full-spectrum-.product.100529904.html
-
LED strip... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QFPBQDR/ref=cm_sw_r_apa_i_vh8KEbFSAXPH3
-
Other better option?
I want to basically mount the light under a shelf so it can't be too hot and burple.

I'm enjoying these so far, had for about a month now. I have the same shelves you do and these lights are a couple inches longer, but with the way you have them set up (my shelves are separated), you might be able to make them work. I have 2 per shelf on another IKEA shelf and they are bright as hell, so you could probably spread out a bit more. They are a bit pricey so I'm sure there are cheaper options out there...I just saw the good reviews and didn't want to gamble.

Plants placed under a grow light need about 16 hours of light since it isn't as strong as the light from the sun, but they also need about 8 hours of darkness for their night cycle. Artificial lights that emit 2700k to 6500k provide the full spectrum for photosynthesis in a white-ish color, and the lights I linked are 2900k, a bit more on the yellowish side.
I also have a room humidifier that keeps the relative humidity 40%-60%. It's a bit of work but having the right kind of indoor environment will set up your plants for success! I pamper my babies and they've been thriving so far.
