I’d highly suggest the TONOR T20. It comes with the arm stand, a pop filter, and a windscreen. And it’s only $35 and it’s incredibly sturdy in my experience.

Also, what’s your budget for a microphone?

I bought this one from amazon. It’s cheap and definitely does the job well. Something to look into is making sure your desk has enough of a protrusion for it to grip onto. Also it doesn’t come forward too far, so it you have a long way for the mic to stretch, this one might not be for you. I purchased a shock mount to make the setup a little better, so I’m not sure if it’ll fit the Q2U (which is what I have as well), but it comes with an adapter to fit most shock mounts.

Move the microphone much closer to your mouth. And speak up. Use an "articulated arm" to position your microphone closer to your mouth and to decouple it from your table/desk where the keyboard is. Use a quieter keyboard.

Can also pair it with something like https://www.amazon.com/Microphone-TONOR-Adjustable-Suspension-T20/dp/B082W4B7SX if you don't want it to sit on your desk.

in the reviews of the mic theres a fella doing an audio test of it so you can take what you want from there.

Hey guys. I wanted to ask a question about a mic I'm looking into. If this ain't the right place, can anyone point me in that direction? Thank you!

Would this Mic

Fit with this Mic Arm

Furthermore, is that Rhode NT a good mic for streaming? I understand it's a bit sensitive, so does anyone know if it'd pick up keystrokes from a mech? I think the streamer Jerma985 uses it and I haven't heard anything annoying on his streams, but I don't have the technical know-how of a streamer who's been doing it for numerous years.

A tablet mount for a microphone stand and a scissor boom will do the trick. I like this mount and arm, but you can find cheaper versions that should work fine.

I recently bought a Quadcast S a couple days ago. So I was in the same boat as you trying to find a good cheap boom arm...but after some research I found a few people suggest the Toner T20 on amazon for $30 (link below).

The microphone arm is this mid-tier one I found on Amazon. It's about $20 more than some of the entry-level arms, but the clamp's a bit more sturdy. It's not exceptionally long, the base of it is clamped onto the bookshelf just out of frame. It might work well for your setup though depending on what you're trying to do.

If you're asking about the camera, that's a Kinect v2 just resting on the monitor. The stand is a combination of two 3D printed designs on Thingiverse. This design snaps on well to the U3415W well, and this design has a nice steady base for the Kinect.

You dont say anything about budget. But since you already have the solo, I would get a xlr dynamic microphone, these pick up very little background noise normally. I personally use a Shure SM58 but you will do well with a cheaper one.

My recommendations would be the Samsun Q2U with a microphone arm.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001R747SG/
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DY1F2CS/

Or the slightly more expensive "upgraded" arm, but the neewer one will do for the casual home use.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082W4B7SX/

The microphone package comes with foam tip and xlr cable that should be long enough for use with the microphone arm. And the little extra if you want to keep vibrations and "knocks" out of it, a shock mount.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083Q5T15W/

Depending on where you have your solo compared to where you plan on having your microphone, amazon basic xlr cables does the trick.
