NTA - Honestly bathrooms are going to smell some of the time. But it’s not going to cause anyone harm generally.

Your neighbors sound like bad people. Check your local places laws on fires and see if theres anything legal to be done. Where I live, fires are illegal since there is so much dry plants and a fire will very quickly be a problem. Too little rain.

Best answer is to confront him with your parents.
If you don't want to do that then prank him back.
Get shampoo that comes in an opaque dark container with a larger opening if you can find one and put some sort of ink or dye so when he puts his dick on the opening it will leave a stain on him. Or use some sort of stinging liquid along the opening of your bottle. Or put liquid ass in the bottle.
Or confront him either alone or within hearing range of your parents and yell the acquisition at him, like: "WILL YOU FUCKING QUIT JACKING OFF INTO MY SHAMPOO BOTTLE!"

Fart sprays have gone niche. You can get a set of 5 different scents of foul ass smell if you really want to go to town. But generally people swear by the original liquidass. If any of you are plotting anything, definitely don’t do it.
Definitely don’t order a can of liquid ass.
If you’re careful you could put it in a cup, just know it will definitely smell and you wouldn’t want that.
Then definitely don’t casually walk past the offending vehicle when it’s the right time and casually splash the liquid out in the street, nearly missing the offending vehicle.
Some people have this coming, and trust me it will feel rewarding. Not that good law abiding Astoria folks would do it, but revenge fantasies are fun to think about especially if they’re consequence free.
