I don't have a pic but its just this style machine on a queen sized bed. My mattress has a built in pillow topper so it has a lot of give so that's the problem I'm facing. I may just try and rest the machine on the floor or a piece or furniture.

the hismith machine on amazon is a relatively cheap machine with a great build quality. I can send you the link if you would like to see it. We have been using this machine for about a year, it hasn't failed us and takes awhile, even at full throttle, for it to reach a point where you need to let it cool off. It has adjustable stroke lengths and legs allowing for a massive amount of custom positions and its not so expensive you are afraid to experiment with it. I would personally recommend getting the suction cup adapter for it as well, as it will allow you to attach any dildo with a flat or suction cup base and keep it in place with some bondage or medical tape. Also has a foam lined case with a zipper for easy storage. Just gotta take the legs off.
