No, because most people mount their monitors on adjustable arms that clamp to the desk. Check for the VESA mounts 4 threaded holes in the back of each monitor

You should be good, but you might want to look for a mount with a wider base.
This is the one I have on my Bekant, notice how the clamp part is much wider: https://www.amazon.com/HUANUO-Dual-Monitor-Stand-Adjustable/dp/B07T5SY43L/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=dual+vesa+mount&qid=1605991524&sr=8-6

One of their dual monitors stands has a $10 off coupon. This brings it from $56 to $46.
https://www.amazon.com/HUANUO-Dual-Monitor-Stand-Adjustable/dp/B07T5SY43L?ref_=ast_sto_dp
I would gladly take the increase for $18 more.

I've had the larger-sized Idasen for about 6 months now and have been using this dual-monitor mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T5SY43L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The mount did not need to be screwed into the desk (so it can be moved). This desk is really solid, and not the same shoddy material as the desk in the thread you linked to.
1 points • SterlingCasanova
Looks good though, I probably would have done the same thing. Look at all that leg room. I feel like if you had a desk with drawers it would just eat up the leg space.
On second thought I think the desk is fine and it's just missing something. That case is just so high tech looking idk what you could do to bring that high tech look to other parts of your setup. Maybe dual monitors and they could be mounted on something like this
On the lazy side you could just throw more rgb at it or put a few plants somewhere.
Don't get me wrong, as it sits I picture myself spending hours here playing cyberpunk.

I bought this monitor arm mount recently https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T5SY43L?ref_=pe_623860_70668520_dpLink
Would it fit with a LG 27gl650f-b AND LG 27gl83a-b? If not, could anyone suggest a dual arm mount for them? (Preferably around the same price(

The double has been doing great! This is the one I have and I’m using the double clamp on the back. It’s actually over some LED strips too and it still works great. A little difficult to pull the wire management covers off but very solid otherwise.

They're out there, but indeed more difficult to find. Perhaps this Huanuo, which claims to work at up to 3.74" would work https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07T5SY43L/ref=sspa_mw_detail_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1 In any case, many would encourage you to purchase from a retailer with good return policies in case it doesn't work out. Best wishes in this!

Yeah, I meant a desk mount. I impulse bought this one off of Amazon and its been doing the trick for me so far. I’ll update with a pic of my setup when I get home.

I don't have this exact stand, but I have another version, and it's held up very well over the past few years. I highly recommend them.

There's a used one for around $50 shipped. I got this same kind a few months ago, should would for you if the UW isn't that heavy. Currently has a 29" ultrawide and a second smaller monitor in it with no problems, and it actually has some good cable routing built in. If that's too much there's a vivo brand one for like $37 shipped if you search it used. I just bought the same one as well, it works but the cable routing isn't as great on it.

Thanks! They are Dell UltraSharp 27”. I didn’t actually choose them myself (they came from work) but man do I love them.
I purchased this mount for them which really changed the game for me. Much better than the large stand they come with.
1 points • redditer3103
Yeah. I haven’t actually mounted them yet, but I know what to get. If you look on the specs you can see that each monitor weighs 9 pounds, and support vesa mounting. These are the mounts I’m looking into buying:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T5SY43L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_-ef5FbM8V2F5Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
and
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074K35TJZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_Sff5Fb6P7ZC6A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Both should work, I’m just letting someone give me it as a Christmas present.

Oooh, no, but I really like the one you posted, it matches my new chair! I have this one coming in: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T5SY43L/ ($56)

I have one of these that does the same, but would honestly recommend something like this for stability, unless you want a vertically stacked setup. I say that because I also have a single like the second one, and it’s much more sturdy feeling than the pole mounted arms.
1 points • twiz___twat
You need better arms for example https://www.amazon.com/HUANUO-Dual-Monitor-Stand-Adjustable/dp/B07T5SY43L/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=dual+monitor+arm&qid=1596966398&sr=8-7
Each arm has independent adjustments so that should fix the uneven vesa mounts height of each monitor

Not sure if this is the right sub for this, but I'm looking to purchase a dual monitor arm. Any suggestions? I'm looking from something that can be flattened against a wall, probably using some sliding mechanism.
From what I can find there's only these arms that stick out from the wall if you want the monitors to be right next to each other: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T5SY43L

It really depends on what yoy do. If you use your setup for production, get a dual monitor arm like this one
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T5SY43L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_AHuZFbRVR5V94
If you use it for gayming get 2 single monitor arms like this one

i dunno man, i dont know what kind of monitors you have, but i would cheap out on some 20 dollar stand to hold 2 expensive ass monitors. im in the market for one myself since I order that 27 dell every chief here approved of. currently looking at this mount:

Are you talking about this dual arm? https://www.amazon.com/HUANUO-Dual-Monitor-Stand-Adjustable/dp/B07T5SY43L

With a budget of $500, you can certainly build a nice dual monitor setup for WFH. Here is an example setup that would fit your budget:
- Monitors: 2 x BenQ 27 Inch IPS Monitor 1080p
- Monitor stand: HUANUO Dual Monitor Gas Spring Adjustable Monitor Stand
- Desk: Coavas Writing Computer Desk
These are all the top rated option in each category on Amazon. With the current prices, you're at about $503 total. You will need to make sure that the monitors have a 75x75mm or 100x100mm VESA hole mounting pattern to work with the monitor stand.
If you have an IKEA in your area, they also have some great desks under $100. For more desk recommendations, I wrote this article: 5 Best Desks Under $100 To Level Up Your Home Workspace on RemoteSetups.com.

Depending on how the thick the glass is and how spread out the legs to the mount can spread out. Generally you wouldn't want to bc monitor mounts create a single pressure point whilst leaning said pressure point forward and backwards (not visible). If the pressure point exerts too much and for a long time, your glass top will shatter. If the too isn't too thin, you can go for a stand like this bc it's footing is pretty spread out and won't create a harsh pressure point: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T5SY43L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_ysn4FbWENZHCN
If you're only using one monitor, there's no real point in getting a mount bc a normal single monitor leg stand doesn't really take that much room tbh, but if you have multiple monitors and don't want all of the legs to take up the desk space, you can get something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074K35TJZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_4rn4FbVXA9PF6
Or you could always just hang it up on the wall if you have the desk against one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CZJ6468/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_Ttn4Fb77GCY54

The main monitor is the Asus ROG pg279q (Super fucking expensive, but I got it for like 450-500 on a black friday deal).
The vertical monitor, I believe, is the Acer CB272, just got it last week.
The monitor arm is a dual monitor arm (VESA mount) by Huanuo. It's really sturdy and simple to set up, so I totally recommend it.
Hope this helped!

I would recommend buying something like this for your monitors. It's going to save you a ton of desk space and make your setup look much cleaner. Also getting this would allow you to put one of your monitors in the center as opposed to how you currently have it where they are split down the middle.
After that I would work on your cable management, here's some things that can help:
You will not need all of these, but I would highly recommend 1, 2 & 4 the most.
Finally you might want to consider purchasing a laptop stand to prop your laptop up higher near your monitors, something like this
