I'd probably recommend a Govee one over something more generic, sends the data to your phone

Not advertising or anything like that, I have just found this little thing super useful: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y36FWTT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_IfCTEb68NZD7R
I’ve been able to better keep track of my tents temp and RH and it’s nice to see how temps correlate to RH and visa versa.

what's the humidity in your bedroom? vegas is average 24%...
monitor it if you don't already
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y36FWTT
a mechanical dehumidifier won't go below 35% unfortunately
have you tried more humidity? I know you said dry helps, but, as an example, some cpap users have this same problem and solve it by increasing the humidity it provides.

This one. Its cheap, accurate, doubles as a hygrometer for humidity measurement, and connects to your phone and alerts you when temp/humidity falls out of range that you select.

Thanks so much for the comment. I will take a look at those links you posted. I am actually working with a cheap hygrometer from Amazon (see here): Govee Hygrometer/Thermometer.
I figured if it's already setup to transmit data to the proprietary app it comes with, I should be able to get into the signal somehow. I don't see how I wouldn't be able too, but my limited knowledge of BT leaves me with a big unanswered questions. I am still in the research phase, so I thank you again for the links provided.

I know the average humidity is a little high for flowering plants. I expect it to drop down to the lower 40's soon as the outside temp is dropping
Thanks!

I just picked this up for a similar reason. Battery powered and has Bluetooth and an app. Range on the Bluetooth is surprisingly long, I can usually pull the data from my phone even when I’m on a different floor and it includes humidity, and you can’t beat $13.

I have a fairly cheap thermometer/hygrometer You can see patterns and while you can't adjust stuff on the fly, you can set up heaters/humidifiers to start when necessary.

If you're really interested in monitoring stuff you could check this out. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y36FWTT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_ApsHFbCGGX8VW
It's nice because it logs information for the last 30 days so you can review the data set without constantly checking the tub.

It would probably be fine by the window. Apparently these can tolerate brief periods of cold even a little below freezing which is better than what a lot of other tropical species can handle. I bet that grow light puts out at least a little heat too so if you run it 16hrs a day then most of the time that will keep it a little warmer than the ambient temp. Lots of light is essential with indoor growing so you should give it a try.
If you’re worried about the temp, get one of these thermohygrometers to keep track, it’s inexpensive and works great. I have poor insulation in my house too so I keep one by my trees near the window. It doesn’t really get super cold here but even when it’s in the 20s the temp by the window doesn’t seem to drop below 60F which is plenty warm enough for even cold-sensitive trees.

your nymphs might need more humidity due to your local climate and humidity, as well as if they are in a fully mesh enclosure and the type of substrate you use.
I live in a high humidity environment. My room fluctuates between 42%-60% relative humidity (I use a Govee Smart Thermometer & Hydrometer that sends information about my humidity throughout the day, I set notifications on the app for when it gets too hot or cold or dry or humid in my room, which never happens but just in case.)
I spray mesh enclosures 2x a day for ghost and 1x a day for glass, and just offer water droplets here and there after handling or if I notice the substrate is unusually dry.

Govee has a wifi thermometer/hygrometer that is budget friendly - it stores historical data too via the app and has alerts (only downside is the max alert temp is 140).
I actually got the bluetooth one just to try it out - may return and go for the wifi one so I can watch temp while I'm out of bluetooth range. I've run it 3 times to 190 f - no issues so far.

I ran mine (Ubuntu + Hass in venv) on an LXC up until a week or so ago when I tried to pass through a USB bluetooth adapter and eventually found out that it will not work in an LXC. I built a KVM with Debian 10 and pretty much recreated my install from scratch. USB bluetooth passed through easily and works great.
Note 1: Using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for some Govee Thermometer Hygrometers and This custom component available in HACS.
Note 2: Just to note why I switched from Ubuntu to Debian. Ubuntu is normally my preferred distro but 18.04 comes with Python3.6 and 3.7 is required now for Hass. 3.7 installs beside 3.6 so you have both versions. You can set the preferred version but I was running into issues with getting things to run on 3.7. Looked around for a distro to switch to and found that Debian 10 comes with Python 3.7 as default and, as a bonus, Ubuntu is debian based so there is little to no learning curve.

For my main tent I use: Govee Thermometer Hygrometer, Accurate Indoor Temperature Humidity Sensor with Notification Alert, LCD Bluetooth Temp Humidity Monitor with Data Storage for House Garage Greenhouse Wine Cellar https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y36FWTT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_iptlFbRDA7B5P
It’s got a screen but also does Bluetooth to my phone.
For the drying tent and eventually curing jars I use these guys which I LOVE:
Govee Wireless Thermometer Hygrometer, Mini Bluetooth Indoor Temperature Humidity Sensor with Free Data Export, Temp Humidity Monitor with APP Alert for Home Greenhouse Pet Cigar Humidor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R586J37/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_88slFbBR1VMQQ
Every other week they go on sale on Amazon for about 11 bucks. And I know you can get five times as many of those little cheap ones for that price but to be able to do it wirelessly, not have to open something up to check on it, be able to collect the data over time to notice trends.... easy decision to make it worth it.
App is easy to use and I can have all of my sensors named in my phone all in one place. Love it.

I'm using the Govee mini temp/hygrometer sensor https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Thermometer-Hygrometer-Bluetooth-Temperature/dp/B07R586J37/ref=pd_lpo_60_t_1/131-2886830-9462418?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07R586J37&pd_rd_r=245eb7f2-5986-4ca6-a568-155e97f1faf2&pd_rd_w=oJfTv&pd_rd_wg=mENWc&pf_rd_p=7b36d496-f366-4631-94d3-61b87b52511b&pf_rd_r=1NYP2RRFH78KXE2K2YRH&psc=1&refRID=1NYP2RRFH78KXE2K2YRH
I've also got this one from the same company https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Temperature-Humidity-Notification-Monitor/dp/B07Y36FWTT/
Both seem pretty good but I don't think they have remote monitoring and that surprised me. The phone connects to them via Bluetooth.

I've been meaning to put together a parts list so here goes. For the record I'm a newbie, but I did some pretty extensive research and it seems to be working well. I bought everything off of Amazon (USA) besides the seeds and the buckets.
I went with a plug and play setup which is a little more expensive but I don't have to worry about my wiring. I'm using This grow light. It seems like opinions on UFO lights are kinda split but my plant is loving it so I'm happy. I grabbed a bunch of Home Depot white 5 gallon buckets to cut the rims off of/ use one full one for the base. If you have access to power tools, I used a jigsaw to cut the buckets and it was a breeze.
You might want to look for a different one but I used these fans and they work very well but once I had the inline fan, having two was pointless. I really only use one sporadically as the inline fan creates a nice breeze by pulling through a passive intake (literally just the hole where one of the fans is. I run it a few hours a day just to toughen the stalk. The other hole has paper covering it and I use it as a window to check on it, although I'll probably replace the entire bottom bucket when I start flowering to make a seal for smell. Besides that I used just black duct tape to prevent light from escaping.
Hygrometer from my digging on here, seriously monitor this.
BioBizz soil that I mixed with perlite (I'm sure any brand is fine) keep it light and fluffy when you plant.
2 gal smart pot. I bought a 3 gal as well but opted for the smaller one with better airflow.
pH up and down haven't had to use these yet because my pH is fortunately spot on.
When it inevitably starts smelling you'll need to live with it or get a carbon filter/ inline fan setup. A lot of people try DIY solutions that you can research but I just went with the expensive sure thing. Looks like the AC Infinity T4 is out of stock on but the cheaper S4 is there and I'm sure it works just as well. I think the difference is the digital settings on the T series. As far as noise goes, I think the light is louder than the fan, but it's right next to my bed and I sleep fine with it running. It's like a white noise machine and I think I actually prefer sleeping with it on lol. Then I went with this carbon filter and this ducting although I'm sure any ducting works.
Anyways, I may not be the best source, but feel free to ask for any tips along the way.

Edit: I recently started LST with This and it really didn't work for me. The wire is too stiff and didn't cooperate with the fabric pot. I switched to some hemp wick I had lying around and its working well.
