If you can load HenKaku on it, you can use this.

Yes they are and used of course. I can't believe how many people have said their memory cards have died, especially, the 64GB. I saw an alternative form of memory card adapter on Amazon but I think your PSP has to be a certain version for it to work or jailbroken/hacked. If anyone is wondering

Actually I was half right, I have a dual one for PSP and for the Vita a single 256GB card using this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F63FPT3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and ya it's nice, was able to fit my whole library on it

They make a cheap micro sd to vita adapter thingy and then you could put a 64GB in there for the price of a vita 8gb

Thanks! Found it. If this works as easy as it appears to, then it's a game changer for the VITA. Too bad this wasn't around at the beginning of its life cycle.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07F63FPT3?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title that's the part I'm getting. I have this in my slim from Japan as we speak. No problems what so ever.

The SD2VITA adapter is the verified adapter that people use. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F63FPT3/ref=cm_sw_r_apa_i_ijV0EbSH8WWRB

It currently has adrenaline and adrenaline bubble on it so that you don't need to run adrenaline each time to play a psp game. The others are easy enough to put on. Since its using a 16 gb card ps vita card, if you really wanted to put more content on it I would also suggest getting a large micro sd and a cheap adapter card like this so you can put everything you want on it. With that you can put hundreds of games on it with no issue.

Hey. I need some help.
My SD2Vita is causing really weird issues. This morning I tried to turn on my console and for some reason it was stuck on the molecule logo. The round orange LED that's right next to the game card slot was blinking constantly. After a while (like 3 minutes), it finally booted, but my games didn't work (it says the files are damaged). The thing is, I opened the game card door and noticed the round LED wasn't blinking anymore. Vitashell displays my ux0 partition as 1gb (internal memory).
I tried taking the SD2Vita in and out, cleaning the contacts of my micro SD, and nothing makes it work. If I try to turn on my Vita with an empty slot it boots with no issue. Also, I tried putting my SD in my laptop, and again, it works without issue.
Could it be a faulty SD2Vita? This is the adapter I use.Do you recommend any specific SD2Vita brand?
I just wanna be sure if I buy another one, because I live in South America and it takes around a month to ship from the US :(
EDIT: Now the menu doesn't show any of my games. Vitashell and other apps are still there tho.

So, this one on amazon says henkaku. https://www.amazon.com/Funturbo-Ultimate-Version-SD2Vita-Adapter/dp/B07F63FPT3
Does it have to be absolutely henkaku?
If so do you have any links to a card for h-encore?
1 points • Malazan1164BS
h-encore (or any Vita hack) can be installed on 3.67 with far less than 1GB, so a 8GB card is fine. Downgrade to 3.60/3.65 is highly recommended though.
Once the hack is installed, you will want to move on to sd2vita for cheap bulk storage and keep the memory card as a backup. This is the case whether you are running Enso or not.

I just got a vita and just learned there’s a specific memory card needed for it. I have the 1 GB of internal and found this adapter on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Funturbo-Ultimate-Version-SD2Vita-Adapter/dp/B07F63FPT3/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=ps+vita+memory+card+64gb&qid=1587072142&sprefix=ps+vita+memor&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExVEEwRkpFUDFDMEQmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAzMTg4MTcyTzFKVlpSWklSVkk4JmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA4MDg2NzM5QkRTNTUxRzVVSDMmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
Has anyone used this adapter? I know it has to be put into the game slot instead of the memory card slot

Amazon 5 bucks

Use this guide which walks you through downgrade and henkaku enso, with links to everything you’ll need.
Also recommend an SD2VitA MicroSD adapter for cheaper storage, the setup of which is also covered in the guide.
Edit: And yes, definitely downgrade to 3.60 if you can, as it’s the most compatible for tweaks and homebrew.

Thank you for the information penilingus. That clears up most of the questions I have. I'd appreciate it if you could clarify a few additional things.
When you say I can only use the cartridge slot at specific times after using the MicroSD adapter, what times are those?
What MicroSD Adapter should I get from Amazon? I checked and there tons of them on there. They all appear to be more or less the same but I figured I'd check.
The below link appears to be the most reviewed but that doesn't mean much on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F63FPT3 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XWZWYVP worked out perfectly. Currently it's holding ~60 Vita games and ~30 PSP isos, plus smaller retroarch roms.

I've been using the micro SD card from Samsung, and I haven't had any issues with it. I'm also using the SD2Vita adapter from Fubturbo. Both are from Amazon

Do you know if this card adapter will work if I have a vita on 3.72? Funturbo Ultimate Version SD2Vita 5.0 Memory Card Adapter, PS Vita PSVSD Micro SD Adapter PSV 1000/2000 PSTV FW 3.60 HENkaku Enso System https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F63FPT3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_xszoFbFJR8ZWD

Your best bet is going to be to install custom firmware (a.k.a "hack) on your Vita. At that point you can use rePatch to mod games that have been censored or had H-content stripped out to comply with Sony's standards. Just keep in mind that as with anything involving modifying the firmware of your game console it is to be done AT YOUR OWN RISK. Vita CFW has gotten pretty safe over the years but the risk of bricking your console always remains.
If that hasn't scared you off here's a couple resources to get you started:
A basic guide to installing CFW on Vita.
A list of nude mods and uncensorship patches to Vita games.
For what it's worth if you're still using a Vita or PSTV in 2020 I wholeheartedly recommend running CFW if only for the fact that you can use a device like this to never have to find those stupid proprietary memory cards ever again. I need to stress one more time, though, that if you do this it is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Just in case you don't know, there's an adapter PS Vita Memory
https://www.amazon.com/Funturbo-Ultimate-Version-SD2Vita-Adapter/dp/B07F63FPT3/
This one will allow you to use a Micro SD Card so you can buy a big one (64GB or 128GB) to use with your PS Vita, also if you go this path make sure that the micro SD Card has an "XC" printed on it as it indicates that it has fast transfer speed.
1 points • VladimirTrumpin
No problem! One more thing is that the Vita uses a proprietary memory stick that is ridiculously expensive. I swear this is the main reason the vita failed haha. So your best bet is to get a third party one like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P69DRY8/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_OHdSEb4K8CPNC
8-16 gb is definitely enough if you plan on only playing the Persona games. Persona 4 Golden is 3.5 GB and Persona 1-3 range from 500 mb to 1 gb each
Alternatively you can use this micro SD adapter, but that requires you hacking your Vita. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F63FPT3/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_uKdSEbW24MVYC
If you've ever hacked a 3DS, or any other console really, it's pretty similar and really easy. You can use this guide: https://vita.hacks.guide
1 points • JamesSDK
The adapter is called an SD2Vita, you buy them from Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F63FPT3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The guide for implementing the plugin required for SD2Vita can be found here: https://vita.hacks.guide/storagemgr
You do need a hacked Vita for SD2Vita to work, supported firmwares are 3.60, 3.65 and 3.68. the community doesn't support 3.69 and higher as Vita homebrew devs don't develop against 3.69 and higher so incompatibilities and bugs are expected in the higher firmwares.
3.60 and 3.65 are recommended over 3.68 because those versions have Enso which will allow for an automount of the SD Card upon a reboot which streamlines the implementation.
