I use magnesium glycinate lysinate chelate. I’ll put the link below. I take 200mg in the morning and 200mg in the evening. Today I’m going to try 400mg tonight. It helps me sleep and makes me have pretty vivid dreams so I’m interested to see what doing the 400mg tonight will do.

This is the best stuff I've tried so far. Glycinate is one of the better versions in terms of absorption.

Taking magnesium nightly has greatly helped my anxiety. I take chelated magnesium glycinate for maximum absorption, 200mg before bed each night. This is the one I take.

I like these because I believe this form of magnesium is more readily absorbed than the more common magnesium oxide. I gotta say, it can work fast, so be prepared. Typically, I’ll take two tablets in the morning and two tablets before my evening meal.

Yeah it got auto-removed, I mentioned a supplement that is forbidden to mention here apparently. Glycenate can be cheap, on advice of people in /r/supplements I tried this one, which works very well for sleep!

Fuck arrhythmias. I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation back in 2017, was in the hospital for two and a half days, and had to be cardioverted to return to sinus rhythm. I was 27 at the time, and since then my life completely changed. I've stopped drinking (which at the time was nightly), avoid caffeine at all costs, eat less sodium, drink water exclusively, and generally try and not perturb my heart in any way. It is so taxing at times to be constantly vigilant about how I treat my body at, what I feel, is still a young age (30). I have since gone into several arrythmias (suspected SVT, PVCs/PACs) but only AF one other time a few months back.
I'm not sure where I'm going here beyond expressing that I feel your pain. I get PVCs, and each one feels like those pitfall-style theme park rides dropping the floor out from underneath me -- or like a jump scare coming out of my own fucking body. For somebody that's had high anxiety their whole life, sometimes this condition feels like a sick joke.
For what it's worth PVCs and most arrhythmias are in fact benign. I have read more papers and wikis and forums then I'm proud to admit. The best advice is to try and temper your reaction whenever you have such things as PVCs. Don't respond to them, don't pay attention to them, and treat them now as part of your everyday rhythm. The shock of them will dissipate and, eventually, you won't even feel them anymore.
On a different note, I've found a lot of success in supplementing with magnesium. I don't like pushing supplements, but I really do feel that magnesium has improved my rhythm. My ectopics are so rare now (once every few days), that I'm convinced enough to know I will be taking it for the rest of my life (unless some other condition prevents me from doing so). The only catch with Mg supplements is that you need to have them chelated with some amino acids for good absorption. The brand and form I have stuck with for almost three years now is: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BD0RT0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Feel free to message me anytime about arrhythmia. I'm happy to talk.

Ugh that does sound miserable. I use chelated magnesium for my supplements. When I take enough it wipes most of my PMS symptoms out except a little emotional fluctuations (but less severe than before. I thought I had PMDD for a hot min). No sore boobs, very limited bloating, zero cramps during my period. Idk if it will effect you exactly the same way, because your PMS symptoms sound a lot more intense than mine ever were, but it’s worth a try even if it just takes the edge off for you!
I use this one, and it’s super cheap and lasts for a few months so it’s not like it’s a crazy expensive risk or anything. Thanks for responding. That's interesting, I've never heard of anyone taking capsules of salt. I can definitely see how the concentration in the stomach would be way too high if you didn't drink enough water, or if you absorbed most of the water before the capsule opened. I've found the best way to up sodium intake, is it mix in with water in a container. The concentration will be self limiting due to taste and intake spread throughout the day. I just throw an unscientific dash of litesalt in my container and I'm good to go. A couple drops of liquid monk fruit can make it more palatable. Salt was pretty important during my initial keto adaption and first part of weight loss for a few months, but now it doesn't do much for me, as I'm getting plenty from meat as is. The only time I need more is if I sweat a lot, which the water bottle method works great with.
As for magnesium, let me guess, you used magnesium citrate or oxide? Pretty much everyone discovers that these are initially powerful laxatives, especially oxide, due to very poor absorption of these forms. I found that I fairly quickly adjusted to citrate when I used it. Chelated magnesium is the recommended version for to avoid the laxative effect. Note that sometimes it may have an off "fishy" smell, but that's nothing to be concerned about, it's just from the amines binding the magnesium that have broken away. I currently find magnesium pretty important to my health, and use a "complex" with a variety of forms. I'll probably move to mix of bulk magnesium chloride and chelate to add to my water bottle when I can get around to be assed to do the math on the amounts.

it's way way easier to take than previous options of gel caps, syrup, or the super disgusting zicam cough max that was being sold a throat spray back when I first explored this medicine.

I find the experience to be fantastic with a cannabis edible but I am going to try smoking for the first time with it on my upcoming dose tonight. I take a magnesium glycinate (this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BD0RT0/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_7?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 ) which MAY NOT do for you what it does for me, it clarifies the trip, in a way that is like the disorienting or unfavorable effects are turned down and the euphoria and energy element of it is turned up, just a kind of EQ / final mastering of the medicinal aspect. I ended up with this after researching what's being done with ketamine, DXM, and magnesium in the realm of mind regrowth particularly in treatment of depression or addiction/trauma.

the truth is that you won't know just by your weight. It's about the metabolization of it. My general situation is i need about 2x dose of anyhting ingested than the average or the amounts that constitute one measure / one hit of anything.
definitely start with a low amount, i actually recommend taking half of a robo cough around 220 mg and just try increasing that in subsequent sessions as you get the feel for the effect. You have to get to your own dose data and approach the experience with sound intent. That is the best way to reduce harm but I also won't argue against the idea of just trying to take a ride, without over thinking dosing. SOmetimes that is how it goes with tripping.

Yes they are safe to take together thought most people would take B in the morning and magnesium before bed.
There’s a good chance you have shitty versions that don’t work very well, and there’s a good chance you are seriously deficient in those particular nutrients.
Something like these is what you want.

Alright, by far the most important supplement is magnesium. It's important that you take the brand I linked you because this kind of magnesium is way more absorbable.
This along with L-Theanine (which boost gaba, it relaxes your nervous system) helped my anxiety the most.
Here's the link:
For L-Theanine, the brand doesn't matter as much, just make sure one capsule contains at least 200mg and you always take 2 at once, so 400mg.
There's some other supplements but try these first, before you buy too much stuff you don't yet.
1 points • Apthole
Do you ever supplement magnesium? I've practiced all of the implements you've mentioned here as well as making a routine to wake up at sunrise to exercise then absorb sunlight through the eyes and body first thing in the morning for awhile to set circadian rhythm. With that, more walking/light exercise throughout day, no eating near bedtime, grounding at night, no electronics near bed, blue light blockers on from 7pm till bed, I'll still get shit sleep if I'm magnesium deficient.
I eat healthy so would always convince myself I could achieve sufficient magnesium through food.. but I just don't even when I target Mg rich foods. Buy yourself some magnesium spray on amazon. I thought oral supplementation was the way to go but recently switched to the spray to rub on my arms after some reddit recommendations. Stuff works like a charm. The oral stuff did too.. This one to be exact, I've used it for a few years and it helps tremendously but many have recommended me to this one on reddit which I have not yet tried.
I haven't been using oral lately because it makes my head feel a little fuzzy while the transdermal doesn't. That could just be the brand I linked as I never vetted them, purely went off the forms they boast as research led me to believe that those 3 forms are some of the best.
If you have access to a sauna at your gym or a hot tub at your house/apartment (I know, chlorine not ideal), sauna before bed followed by hella water puts me into some of the absolute best sleep.
Goodluck!

Ashwagandha does have mild statistical efficacy, but it's highly variable. A fair percentage of people who take it hate it, a fair percentage like it, and for a lot of people it basically does nothing. It absolutely can't hurt to get some and try it out, but you shouldn't hold your breath.
What you want is magnesium and vitamin D. Deficiency in either of these can cause or exacerbate anxiety. The majority of people in developed countries are low or deficient in these nutrients, and moreover, taking adderall depletes these (and other) nutrients much faster than normal. Literally everyone taking adderall should be told to supplement mag & Vit. D, but unfortunately most psychs don't have nutrition on their radar.
But the formulation of the nutrient matters a great deal. As another poster mentioned, most supplements basically don't do anything. One of the reasons this is true is that supplement companies can make a version of the nutrient that your body can't absorb, but which is very cheap to produce. The FDA doesn't regulate supplements, so no one stops this practice. Most supplements on the market have this problem, at least to some degree, so you have to be very choosy about the ones you buy.
For magnesium I recommend the Dr. Best brand. For Vitamin D I recommend the SportsResearch brand. Take the Vit. D in the morning, with or without food. Take 4x mag per day (yes really). It doesn't really matter when, but a lot of people get good results from taking 1x in the morning, 1x at lunch, and 2x right before bed.
I can't say if this will cure your anxiety or just help it slightly. But it will help, and it's the right place to start, because you don't want to be taking herbs or drugs to mask the symptoms of a deficiency.

I do experience at least some form of the migraine spectrum on a daily basis (brain fog, blurry vision, sleep disturbances, etc.), but I found that keeping stress low and staying away from triggers if I can helps with the brain fog and blurry vision the most.
Lately I've found that practicing meditation on a daily basis has been tremendously helpful in keeping my overall stress levels lower. This had the surprising effect of making other dietary triggers (like tomatoes, onions, and chocolate) less potent at triggering a migraine. Meditation, along with a high-absorption magnesium (https://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-Absorption-Magnesium-Glycinate/dp/B000BD0RT0) supplement I got on Amazon helps with the brain fog.
I have also been trying brain magnesium (magnesium threonate, https://www.amazon.com/Supplements-MagteinTM-Patented-Magnesium-Capsules/dp/B00JEZQAFG/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=magnesium+threonate&qid=1605107967&s=hpc&sr=1-5) which is purported to help with brain fog. It might be worth trying, but I can't yet say if it's worth the $20.

Yeah, I've been taking 2-4 of these a day, and it did definitely help with some things, especially muscle tightness. I also have been taking 2 of these a day. The L-Theanine definitely helps with me being shaky or anxious, and the mag helps with muscles, but on my comedowns I tend to just be extremely irritable and antisocial. I don't want to hangout with anyone or do anything other than hyperfocus on reading something or a video game or something. My gf could make a stupid little joke that I usually would laugh at because we have a bad sense of humor, but coming down on adderall I can't stand things like that and they really annoy me.

Yep!! I take lemon water to bed with me in a hydro flask and drink about a liter between 10pm and 5 am. Whenever hot flashes wake me up, I just take a drink! Good luck!
I also take magnesium right before bed, with melatonin/HPT and a evening primrose oil/ black cohosh remedy- these things help me fall asleep and go back to sleep when a hot flash hits in the middle of the night!

Adderall stack
I'm taking 18.8 mg an XR orally-dissolving amphetamine called Adzenys, which is roughly equivalent to 30 mg Adderall XR. My general regimen is as follows:
Wake (after)
- Adzenys XR-ODT (18.8 mg, 5 days/week)
- ADHD-PI (primary)
- Depression and social anxiety (secondary)
Breakfast (after)
- Agmatine sulphate (1000 mg)
- Blood flow and blood pressure (primary)
- Amphetamine tolerance (secondary)
- Nature Made multivitamin
- C, D3, B6, B12, etc.
Sleep (before)
- Magnesium glycinate (200 mg)
- Sleep quality (primary)
- Bruxism (secondary)
Optional (standby)
- NAC (600 mg)
- Antioxidant
- L-Theanine (200 mg)
- Anxiety
Potential (considering to buy)
- ALCAR and/or R-ALA
- Neurotoxicity
- L-Tyrosine or racetams
- Dopamine
What do you think, should I make any adjustments? Should I start taking ALCAR, and is tyrosine meant to be taken on amphetamine off-days? Would racetams work better on off-days, and which one?
Also, what do you think of these supplement guidelines for amphetamine use?
Thanks!

D3+K2, K2 prevents artherocalcification. 1/morning (don't take D at night, it can screw with your sleep cycle).
Magnesium glycinate lysinate or malate or if you're feeling fancypants, a delayed-release like jigsaw's or pure's. Magnesium helps with absorption. For any listed, 1/morning and 1/evening.
Zinc to help absorption. If you take a multi with zinc, you probably don't need more. (Don't exceed 40mg/day from all sources.) 1/morning.

I take alot of supplements daily, and have found Amazon to be the cheapest and has the best selection. I'll leave a few links for what I suggest for getting the nutrients you mentioned. These supplements are the best quality I've found for the most affordable price, and I take them every day. I suggest a multi-vitamin over a B-complex because vitamin B supplements tend to have excessive amounts of B-vitamins (most wont get absorbed, and may make you urinate more), plus a multi will cover all your bases. I have found that taking only one of each of these supplements daily is enough to cover my daily requirements for each of these nutrients, and it's cheaper when you cut down on the suggested dosage.
