I’ve seen people post about using this one found on Amazon.

Butane is going to be messy, and if you are constantly spraying butane it sounds like you need to purge your lighter. I'd say out of every 10 refills only 1 or 2 actually spurts up and its because I haven't been taking care of the lighter/not pressing the nozzle directly down into the fill valve. Also you could be overfilling, it moves quick. You have a can of compressed gas and your trying to squeeze it all into a hole thats small enough to seal itself. Don't know about removable tanks, but I just ordered the 50$ Induction heater off amazon .

It's hit or miss, but if you're not willing to build you're own, I think it's worth a shot and with a DDave mod you can make it hands free.

If you’re either married or never want to get laid again grab the piece of shit thing on amazon. It’s the best thing on the cheap. I’ve been using multiple times a day since July. No problems once you get used to it. I got that and the ddave mod (glass insert) that you need.

If your wife is upset at your habit because you keep buying bongs and rigs and stems and bodies and whips, buying this allowed me to continue having.

So if you’re ok with having to pull this ugly as sin pencil sharpener out in front of your lady friend, go for it.

Got mine over the summer and love it. If you haven't gotten an induction heater for it yet, its a complete game changer assuming you are able to vape inside. One disclaimer, I haven't messed around with it too much but I believe mine is defective. The safety shutoff turns the unit off before the Dynavap clicks. Worst case you can return it though.

I understand your concerns with a torch - though the too hot vapor thing isn't really something that happens. But, you mentioned joint problems, the thing with the Dynavaps is that almost all heat sources will require you to spin it to get even heating and not combust, and a torch is the fastest way to do that.

So. Dynavap, it's a great vape, but in a nutshell, without a good heating source you're gonna have a bad time. There are options, though in my experience matches, candles, Zippos, etc just make it extremely frustrating, it takes so long to heat up. And you'll be spinning forever!

With that induction heater (which I have and use regularly) you don't have to spin, you don't have to push hard, you just set the Dynavap in the hole, Hold it there, and it heats up - when it clicks it's ready.

I haven’t tried it, but some people around here have. It’s supposed to be for heating up tools that dentists use (for cutting wax?). If you look in the customer reviews, though, everyone’s using it for DynaVaps.

Some places even make mods so the dynavap fits more snuggly in the hole.

I believe this is it. Again, I don’t have any experience with this but you can read the comments from other dynavap users on amazon. One person suggested getting a Ddave mod for it to help keep it snug

This induction heater has a mod from someone that holds the vapcap in there and heats it. If you don't want to buy the mod, you can just hold the vapcap in there and it'll heat it just fine. I think the Amazon reviews even mention dynavap

So, probably the easiest way aside from the other comment suggestion of buying a specifically made IH, is to grab an SJK Technic China dental wax warmer from Amazon and a hands free induction heater mod piece from DDAVE. This should work very easily with no extra finangling required, or so I hear!

You need need both of these. Stick the mod in, turn on device, rest Dynvap in there and you'll hear the click in less than 10 seconds.

the mistvape beast is conduction not induction, but will let you use your mod, and is available.

you can also get the sjk induction heater for ~$50.

skip the hydravong, go straight for the simrell vortex, and figure out how you're going to get it on water, or get a second tip & cap and leave them on some glass. Plus, the vortex can be used on a number of high-performance session vapes with an adapter

i've spent the last week wrangling a stempod. when it hits, it's awesome, but the dialing in process is a bit tedious.

I'd recommend the Splinter Z, I've already got one on order.

You're going to want your battery game on point, and the this vapcell is the nicest charger i've ever laid my hands on, with up to 4x 3A charging on completely independent channels.

Molicel are price/performance leader in 18650s at the moment.

(tldr @ bottom) This $51 amazon heater (not designed for dynavap but well reviewed for it) + this $15 DDAVE Mod for it = Probably the cheapest way you can buy a complete IH (Induction heater). If you’re looking for the cheapest solution diy is probably the way, check out this post. If you just want a nice induction heater, there’s the Mag Heater, Fluxer Heaters, or if you just wanna spend all your birthday money dynavap sells an IH HOWEVER you can only purchase it in a huge bundle rn as the individual ones are out of stock (lame as fuck) so it’s a whopping $240. Of course, you get a bunch of other cool shit too, but if you just want an IH, def not the way to go. They all perform the same function, really just different box designs / materials / colors and whether it’s a portable unit or a wall unit only, which is all up to your personal preference.
