Agreed, I'm a big fan of Cooler Master's 2020 lineup. A well thought out budget SFF case, a well thought out expensive SFF case, actual airflow focused designs on their ATX cases, this AIO, the refreshed ML240L which is on sale for $72 rn, the new sickeflow fans that are very reasonably priced, etc. All good stuff.

I agree it sounds like your CPU cooler has failed. For a 9900K you need a substantial cooling solution, so I'd look for at least a 240mm AIO. Something like this

Do you think I should get it a AIO cooler for it I was thinking of this cooler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086BYYFG5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QjnYEbFHCS3TW

Hey, honestly don’t bother buying a used AIO, a new one may last you longer. Great AIO I use

I found a decent liquid cooling aio it's 240 mm but I'm wondering if it'll be as good as other types of coolers The cooler---Here

Oh I see... I was considering getting this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086BYYFG5/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_o9K0EbNZZ06S8 As it's RGB and would give the PC a nice look but if you can recommend a nice looking air cooler as well that does the job then thanks

I don't know what your idea of budget is but a lower end aio will do wonders for you over any of the air coolers listed here. $80 and you'll never have to here it. With lower temps come higher boosts and better fps.

I ran AIDA 64 for about 30 min. CPU temps stayed around 77-79 most of the time. Peaked around 85 on one core. Should I run it for longer than that? Was thinking of getting an new AIO cooler. Been hearing really good things about the Artic Liquid Freezer https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Liquid-Freezer-All-One/dp/B07WNJCVNW/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3CD5HT8M3TIT7&dchild=1&keywords=artic+freeze+360&qid=1608606627&sprefix=artic+fre%2Caps%2C226&sr=8-1
This is the one I currently use with a Phanteks P600 case.

CPU Cooler Recommendations for 3600?
Hi there,
Now that summer is coming up I'm starting to notice my system temps rise a bit. While my GPU isn't affected too much, my CPU is at about 55-60 C with 3% load.. that's a bit toasty for my liking.
I'm looking to upgrade from the stock cooler but I'm not sure what good options are. I'm ideally looking to spend under $50 but if there is a better more expensive option then I would consider it.
Right now, I could either go with air or liquid cooling (budget side of things).
I'm looking at the Hyper 212 or the Master Liquid. Which one would be a good option? I feel like the Hyper 212 has more value but if a lower end aio will be good enough I'd consider it too.
Does anyone have experience with either of this products or have any other recommendations?
Thanks!
Note: I would prefer RGB or at least an all black aesthetic.

EDIT: Saw this after posting, is this a good option also? How does it compare to the hyper 212

looking for an aio around 80$ between this and the kraken m22

If your main goal is to do gaming, I'd suggest going for a Ryzen 5 3600 instead. The FPS difference between those 2 CPUs are very marginal. Unless you need those 2 extra cores for video encoding or something, then it's unnecessary. The extra $100 can go towards your RAM.
The RAM you choose is CL18, go for the CL16 variant for $20-30 more. Will give about a ~10 FPS difference in games. https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820232898
There are also cheaper 3600 CL16 RAM but i assume you want RGB. I personally have this RAM and it is indeed good looking.
Your CPU cooler is a bit of an overkill, you can go for an air cooler but I'm guessing you want a liquid cooler for aesthetic. If so maybe MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2 would be better fit to mount on the top of your case. Half the price too. https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterLiquid-Close-Loop-MLW-D24M-A18PC-R2/dp/B086BYYFG5
And lastly your hard drive, you might want something a bit large than 500GB. Games these days can take up 100 GB of storage already. I'd recommend at least 1TB of storage.

how about this one?

Ive had Coolermaster in the past from my previous PC. Their products are solid

Wait, dont start over. What kind of cooler did you get? The stock cooler with ryzen CPUs is pretty small im not sure about intel though.
You could also get a water cooler for the cpu which would make your problem non-existent basically. They have cheap 1 fan size water coolers.
Like this
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079NXZQBC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_gnS5FbXY8DAXZ
But this ones only 10$ more

Yeah, they're pretty cool because of the cooling power and the fact that you don't have to twiddle with it as much as water cooling, here's one for the cpu: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B086BYYFG5/ref=sspa_mw_detail_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExNUFRNDc5UVZHU1dGJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDM4MjMyM0NQRlBZQzNMUDA3WSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNTg4NTYzVzZXR0s4MjkxR01IJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfcGhvbmVfZGV0YWlsJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0
And here's one for the gpu: https://www.newegg.com/amp/p/13C-004P-00055
The cpu cooler is good but the gpu cooler is a tad bit expensive
