Just get 180 degree PCIe adapters like these and plug in from the back of your card.

From my other reply.

Beware though that this set the two connectors are not the same so you need to buy 2. To get the cables to run above the GPU, you need to use the one that has the rounded parts of the gpu side harness facing down. Hope that makes sense. I couldn’t find that one sold separately.

I just went with this when I upgraded my gpu to a 1660 super lmao. https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-AngledPower-Adapter-Desktops-Graphics/dp/B07P3JDQNC/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=8+pin+gpu+90&qid=1596386128&sr=8-4

Hi, it was definitely a challenge, I had to cut the sleeving off the cables to make it fit. Also bent half the cables around the front of the 8-pin connector and half around the back (if that makes sense). These 180 degree adapters could help too, not sure if they are spaced out enough though

Yea we might have to use these

There are 180 degree 8-pin adapters that solve this problem.

I can keep you updated the main idea is that SF 750 cables are too long and making new one shorter would avoid them being bundled together. I got some cable combs to work with, and I got 18 AWG wire like you mentioned are thiner than 16 AWG.
In my case I will not have any sata power cable. Also one of the ideas is 45 degree connectors. Maybe same
could be done to 24 pin if needed. Btw I would happy to see pictures if you have any of your cable management in "PCsleeving" section on reddit. I'm pretty active there ; )

Cablecc ATX 8Pin Female to 8pin Male 180 Degree AngledPower Adapter for Desktops Graphics Card
Would something like this not work instead? And that looks like a 4-pin CPU power, not a 6 or 8-pin GPU power cable. Make sure you put something on that edge so as to not slice your cable open and short out your power supply.

How much is the iQunix ZX1? its out of stock on their website. Also my gpu is exactly 140 mm tall, will it still fit if i use something like this?

Something like these may help. https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-AngledPower-Adapter-Desktops-Graphics/dp/B07P3JDQNC/
Have you tried bending the cables as flat as possible. You can usually squish them down pretty tight without damage. It takes significant force, so I'd unplug them first.

I would go with something like this and 'stealth' the GPU power lines.

If you have enough slack, you could connect the middle one, and zip tie the free connector back.
Otherwise, you might be able to use something like this :

Two options: skinnier, more flexible cables, or get two of the U-turn adapters that they make for those 8 pin power ports:
Cablecc ATX 8Pin Female to 8pin Male 180 Degree AngledPower Adapter for Desktops Graphics Card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P3JDQNC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_qTeJFb9Q22BCB
NOTE WELL: this listing includes two adapters but they’re not the same, and you would need to order two of this item, four adapters in total. If you look closely at the photos it will be clear why: there’s a left-handed vs right-handed thing going on.

So I just got my FTWU today and vertically mounted it, this is how I currently have it.
I use these little dongles for each 8 pin. Don't be fooled though, it says 2 pack, but they're each oriented differently so you're going to need to buy 3 of these 2 packs. (I made the mistake of only buying two, which is why i have 2 of the 8-pins nice and clean/hidden, and the other is trash.

Just giving a heads up to those with Lian Li PC OLL, i just installed a ftw3 and the power cables are conflicting with the side panel because the card is too wide. You can fit it, but the cables are pushing the GPU downward and towards the Mobo pretty hard. You will probably need adapters like these, unless you're vertical mounting.

I'm in the process of building my first computer.
What are best cable management practices to minimize the amount of cables that is visible from the front?
I'm inspired by the interior of the Mac Pro and aiming to make something that looks similar to this. Color scheme aside, the biggest thing that stands out to me is how there's no cable visible. I know that's not feasible when building your own PC. One idea I had in mind was using something like this for the GPU. I'm looking for advice on how to best manage the cable such that they either blend in seamlessly, or they're flushed/flat against something that they're harder to spot.

I'm looking for a more aesthetic, but functional, solution to these cables.
Are these actually effective?
https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-AngledPower-Adapter-Desktops-Graphics/dp/B07P3JDQNC
And it looks like I'd need to order 3 of that set to get 3 adapters that fit the card.
I also found the EVGA PowerLink, but it's not compatible. Anyone know of a similar solution out there with 3 8-pin connectors?
https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-PowerLink-Support-Founders-600-PL-2816-LR/dp/B01MQ1YEYH

Honestly, I'll take anything. Even a nice, clean PCIe cable all sleeved together with 3 8-pin connectors would be better than this.

FWIW I had a similar problem as you, but with a Zotac 1080TI Amp Edition.
Since the GPU internals are installed on the opposite side of the PCB, the proper way to install it vertically in the Evolv Shift (with fans out) is to flip it. When I tried to do so it seemed like it would be possible even with the stock GPU riser (though still a tight fit), however in my case the main issue was the width of the GPU brushing up against the side of the PSU even with the use of a GPU power adapter to minimize space.
https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-AngledPower-Adapter-Desktops-Graphics/dp/B07P3JDQNC
That said, the dimensions and design of the 3080 FE suggest it may work with the stock orientation since it is smaller (3080 FE: 285mm x 112mm VS 1080TI Amp: 300mm x 148mm / @ \~1.4in less wide) and the 3080 FE internals are on the opposite side of the PCB compared to a Zotac 1080TI Amp. This should allow it to fit without needing to flip the vertical GPU bracket unlike many other AIB cards.
In this position, it seems like the 3080 FE fan by the top mounting bracket will take air from the back of the motherboard cavity and toss it out the top with the 2nd GPU fan taking air from the relative bottom of the case and tossing it out the mesh side panel, which seems agreeable given the limitations of the Evolv Shift.
Planning for this with the 3080 FE (and because my stock GPU riser has been causing random crashes), I ended up ordering the 30cm GPU riser variant based on the comment in the following Reddit post, but you may want to get a longer variant if you plan on using an AIB card or want to flip the orientation of the 3080 FE.
GPU Riser: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085RFNLVR/?th=1
Unfortunately, it only seems to be available from China and the ones found on Phanteks own website don't appear to be compatible with the Evolv Shift based on reviews--just their other cases.
It won't get here until late October, but both ends have the correct orientation compared to the original (90 degree socket + PCIe lock at the bottom), so there shouldn't be any trouble as long as the mounting screw holes also match the vertical GPU bracket.
