I ran a setup like yours with no issue for some time, though I now use a splitter for different reasons. If you are using Dolby Vision with the ATV, it nearly maxes out the maximum possible HDMI 2.0 bandwidth. Though almost any cable can work when using less bandwidth, you need extremely good HDMI cables when you’re right at the edge. Most cables cannot support the full 600Mhz which is needed for maximum 18Gbps bandwidth. And I don’t mean you need expensive cables, just well designed ones. I would recommend getting the Cable Matters 8K 48Gbps 3-pack from Amazon (with 3 colored plugs) as even though you might not have 8K devices, it is very cheap per cable and known to work well, plus you can keep using them with 8K devices later down the line. It is also what I used.

Note: EVERY single cable must be a good cable.

Just go to amazon and get a HDMI cord that can do 48gbps (hdmi 2.1 specced) and you will be future proofed for anything that comes.

oh then really nothing that requires a crazy expensive HDMI cable at this time.
But if you want to semi future proof and cheap https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081NXV3ZR 3 x 6ft cables for $23 is hard to beat.
They're great cables.

With your internal apps you can have atmos because is compressed atmos your tv send it throught DD+.
For the 4k blue player and PS4/PS5 you have to choose wich connect or buy hdmi splitter.
Is very important that you use 2.1 cables or 2.0b that let atmos.

Do i need a special HDMI cable?
Yes, from your source to the Arcana and from the Arcana to the display you will need cables that can fully support transfer of 18Gbps/600MHz as long as your equipment is capable of sending such bandwidth.
We recommend HDfury, Cable Matters, Zeskit and Kabeldirekt brands with a min length of 6ft(2m) and max length of 12ft(4m) in copper. If you need longer cables, you should consider active or fiber cables. We recommend the 4K120 from Zeskit and Kabeldirekt on Amazon.
From Arcana to SONOS Arc, the HDMI cable only needs to support ARC/eARC, such as the HDMI cable that is already supplied with SONOS Arc.

Any thoughts on this combo pack of Ultra High-Speed HDMI cables?
I’d rather not spend an arm and a leg on cables, but also want quality that lasts.

Your random HDMI cable probably doesn't have the bandwidth to carry 4k at faster than 24 or 30 fps. I ran into that same issue when. I got my C9 and tried my old cables with it.
These should be good enough to get you 4k60:

I bought this to try, but it seems to have made no difference. :(

I bought these. Overkill for what I have now, but at least they should be good in the future. I am currently only using one between tv and ATV4K. Will use the rest when arcana gets here. Seem to work well.

This. I was having the same issue. This is what I purchased: Cable Matters 3-Pack 48Gbps Ultra HD 8K HDMI Cable with 8K 120Hz Video and HDR Support for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, RTX3080 / 3090, RX 6800/6900, Apple TV, and More - 2m, 6.6 Feet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081NXV3ZR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_0J42FbD5ANH5H?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Is it the best, no. But they work.

I use these and have confirmed it works with the XSX and PS5.
The PS5 maxes out at 32Gbps currently so it will not even use the full bandwidth of a HDMI 2.1 cable.

Then yeah, I would see if you can get your hands on a different cable and try that, since my setup is identical and it’s working fine for me with the input set to HDMI 2.1. I’m currently using these but I’m pretty sure it was also working with AmazonBasics 18Gbps cables https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-3-Pack-48Gbps-Support/dp/B081NXV3ZR

I purchased these a while back. I wanted to be ready for next gen of consoles, and had bought my CX earlier this year. Despite their low price (compared to others). I get 120hz on my PC, and my PS5 also seems to be running just fine using them. I was worried because of some of the reviews, I guess some people just got some bad ones? I've tested these, and I have had no issues.
I also just learned yesterday, you want to keep the cable less than 10' if possible. So these are just within that.

This. It depends on the content. The way HDMI cables are classified into HDMI1.1 or HDMI1.4 is bandwidth, not resolution. So ignore cables that advertise "4K". Look for appropriate "gbps" for your needs.
Can't go wrong with a 48gbps cable, it will have the highest compatibility right now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081NXV3ZR
Don't feel like you need something this expensive: https://www.audiolab.com/audioquest-diamond-hdmi-digital-audio-video-cable/?sku=AUDHDMIDIA03

Replace the cables. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081NXV3ZR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Sounds as if they may be the issue. I was going to mention turn of LED motion setting, but if its 1 input its gotta be cables.
