I'm quite new to building PC's and don't fully understand PSUs. Do you think I'm fine with a Corsair RM750x. Here's the link. https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-RM750x-Certified-Modular-Supply/dp/B079HGN5QS/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=rm750x&qid=1600893548&sr=8-2
What I don't know is if it has enough connectors

I've always used Corsair PSUs and never had any issues. And they're backed by some of the best warranties out there.

As for the CPU, best of luck. Amazon hasn't been the best place to check restocks for electronics this winter. You're probably better off finding a local store and keep checking back in with them.

No worries! Great! Let me know! I did see the restock date on Amazon for the Corsair model being May 7, though. Here, I copy and pasted the link below.

I just built my new rig with the rtx 2080 super and the same cpu. This is the power supply I used cause my old evga 650w didn’t have the right cable either. Also if you plan on getting a lot of games I’d pick up a 1tb mechanical hard drive. The seagate or Wd blue. They’re like $50 so you can store more games. Use the SSD for your boot drive though (the one you install windows 10 on)

Having never heard of GameMax power supplies before I googled them and could only find end user reviews.
Here is a decent power supply with the needed plugs.
OK can you take and post clear pictures of your motherboard? I'd like to see how you connected things.
The monitor's video cable needs to be plugged into the video card. Your Ryzen 7 3700X does not have integrated video, so plugging the monitor's video cable into the motherboard will not help.

Spending an extra $20 to be on the safe side is more justified than a $20 rgb fan that doesn’t even provide a performance boost and no one bats an eyelash at. Relax Francis.

I think this has been posted previously on this subreddit and sorry for replying 4 months late, however, long story short, you can ignore that warning unless you're planning to overclock your CPU (and even "extreme" overclocking") but if you still need to know, about one or two PSUs that have that connector, I think Corsair RM750x won't give you the warning as well as well as, if I'm not mistaken, the EVGA 750 GA (SuperNOVA) you can try them on PCpartpicker to be sure.
1 points • FoxyMellow
What's for sure if you don't want firecrackers.
EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic, Thermaltake are some reputable brands of the top of my head.
You want to find out what efficiency you want. You say 750w so both 80+ bronze and gold are fine but personally I'd go gold.
Just remember for PSU's especially if it's too good to be true then it is.

Better get that PSU to at least a 750W Gold from Seasonic, Corsair or EVGA. VS550 is the cheap stuff.

Good ones are a little on the expensive side due to the lack of stock but for example.

(Full disclosure: I've had a headache since I woke up today, but want to help you because I know I can. My sentences may sound cunty though and for that I actually am sorry).
I'll be going off the AMD build, but a lot of what I'll say will be the same for the Intel version.
Couple things (it ended up not just being a couple things, sorry):
The AMD RYZEN 7 3700X is actually around $284 on newegg. I don't know why it's showing such a high price on PCpartpicker.
You don't need the Kraken liquid cooler. The only reason you would need it is if you were going to overclock your CPU, but you aren't (or maybe shouldn't). It's your first build, you're asking for help, and CPU overclocking doesn't meaningfully alter game performance, so you should just forgo it for now. And even outside of gaming, the 3700x is crazy fast enough. Yes, that does mean it will produce more heat (relative to the 3700), but the stock cooler that comes with it for free (the Wraith Prism) should still be able to handle it just fine.
You don't need an X570 motherboard. Main reason: you're not overclocking your CPU. A good B550 or B450 board will be more than enough. Also, if you want to stick with MSI, I suggest a MAG (not an MPG) board. If you really needed extra features and connectivity (which most people don't) then you could consider a MPG or MEG board. Everyone loves the B450/B550 Tomahawk. It looks like your SSD uses PCIE gen 3, so I would recommend a B450 board over a B550 board. The B450 Tomahawk doesn't have wifi, so if you need that I would recommend a MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON MAX WIFI. The MAX versions of B450 boards come with the BiOS update for the Zen 2 series processors, so they are compatible.
The memory isn't that great. These sticks have the same speed (3600) but with much better timings and are also RGB. They are $78 on Newegg. REMEMBER: you need to go into the BiOS and enable A-XMP to actually use the extra speed from memory you're buying. If you don't, it'll only run at 3200 and you'll have paid extra for unused speed.
You don't need 1 TB on an SSD. That drive will more or less be just for your OS and other small programs you put there or that will auto-install there. You can find an M.2 NVME SSD with PCIE gen 3 with 500gb for around $80 on amazon.
The HDD is great. Note: It's only $54.99 on Newegg, not $89. I don't know why PCpartpicker isn't showing the real price for some of these products.
With the money I've saved you so far (which I haven't counted up yet) you can go ahead and just get a 2080 ti if you wanted to instead of the 2080 super. I also suggest not buying from so many different part suppliers. Try just using only a couple (newegg, amazon, local suppliers, etc.).
You don't need a $169 case. Look for a case that's like $70, $80, maybe $90. It should have mesh for where it will intake air for proper dust filtration. This case is normally not $99, but I'll still list it here as an example. I just built a PC for my oldest sister with this case that's another great example and at only $69.
A 750W 80+ gold PSU is a great choice. I would look around for a cheaper option though. Or even look on a different website. Amazon lists the same PSU for $134.
You don't need 6 RGB fans. Cases often come with at least 1 fan, and if you include that in your final build, you could easily just buy one of those RGB 3 packs and be well-off (1 fan for the rear, and 3 for the front or 1 for the rear, 1 for the top, and 2 for the front). Maybe look into getting 140mm fans instead so you could simply mount 2 in the front rather than 3 and place the extra fan from a 140mm 3 pack in another location to save on buying so many packs overall. The fan on the PSU can also be used as an intake if the case has a mesh screen over the section that allows airflow on the bottom.
Ex: 1 fan included, 1 pack of 3 RGB 140mm fans, and PSU fan. That's 3 fans for air intake (including PSU) and 2 for air output. (You want to have more intake fans than output because of the idea of positive case pressure. Simple explanation: positive case pressure makes it so only air that has passed through your mesh filters and through your fans gets into your case rather than air from anywhere that has access to air, which means less dust build-up over time).
