I don’t doubt the price change fluctuate, but $300 is just way too much for what this is.

I'm in for one. I purchased the corsair sf 750 platinum for 176$ on sale through Amazon last month and I just realized my Lian Li 011 XL will make that power source look ridiculous. Plus I can also sell the corsair for 250-300, which after the gift card and sale my total cost will be 15ish dollars or less. I'm doing a 3080/5950 build so I feel more comfortable with more power, even though I know it's not really necessary. So now if a 850+ platinum comes along on sale (with rgb dangit!) I can always return this one but I hope this one is solid. I haven't bought from newegg in years, and I hear they have a not great return policy.

Amazon just added a preorder that says it will ship between Nov 27th and Dec 4th. Just purchased one and hope it works out!

Though it's not much of a deal, it's in stock on amazon for $155.15 + $18.99 Shipping from "Deal Targets" but it does beat corsair's listing on their website of $184.99.

This is the build I kinda threw together after making the post. Using your advice I’ll probably switch the MOBO since I kinda just picked a random one. I would prefer M.2 over sata but I knew a 2.5 “ would fit and really have no idea how the internals are going to work out with this (probably lack of experience. Heh.)

Is the cpu I chose pretty comparable to the one you suggested? I am for sure gaming only, and maybe Microsoft office for grad school haha

With the cooler I see noctua mentioned constantly here, is the C7G I chose pretty comparable?

Would you be able to fit an NZXT Kraken X53 liquid cooler like in this video?

The thing is, I’ve only seen people use the SF750 Corsair ITX power supply which is around $300. So with this 800watt power supply, I assume it is bigger than the SF750.

I wish they were :( , perhaps from another 3rd party vendor? I see a couple sites but they're all out of stock?
