Amazon Desk Spacers. Adds some height and gives a clean look and screws into one side and has rubber feet on the other.

Get those and a shelf to attach to it. Will keep it looking nice while providing a good height and better airflow.

They were super easy to install and put the desk top at the perfect height in my opinion!
I got them Here

Did you get the extra package with the fixed riser parts? If you did, you might have a simple solution to raise up the riser.
I'm 5'11", so I'm having the same issue as you regarding the height. What I've been thinking about doing is taking the extra riser part RC (the part that connects the riser to the bartop) and attaching these furniture legs to it to make a riser for the riser. Since the extra piece is the exact diameter of the riser and the same black color, it should look pretty good.

I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post links but:

I got 8 in total, 4 for each side, in the 4 inch variant.

Oh is it? I didn't know it was so common. About $400 since I got the Alex drawers on sale. And The risers aren't too expensive at $10.

I screwed mine into the Alex drawers rather than the karlby.

So you have some options
You can mount the cubes in the front, either flushed with the table top OR offset. If you want just the organizers, there would be roughly a 5 inch reach to the organizer to get stuff.
I would say offset the cubes in the front and either find legs that are taller OR try to DIY some legs (make sure to sand them and put soft pads on the bottom to prevent any floor damage). You can definitely DIY this with some basic wood, I’m sure there’s YouTube videos about this, or find a carpenter and hire him to make two simple legs to the height you need.
The metal things your talking are these I believe, https://www.amazon.com/BQLZR-Stainless-Kitchen-Adjustable-Furniture/dp/B00KQH8HMU, RandomFrankP (you tuber) has them on his setup.

They don't make it wobbly, but obviously if you give it some force or lean on it hard enough it does move slightly. But nothing crazy that brings the risk of it all sliding off. Plus they're rubberized. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KQH8HMU/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_ViMkEbXBPX7CX

They are stainless steel kitchen legs from Amazon!

That’s perfect than. I usually have the monitors moved forward a fair bit so i guess it will all work out. What about if i add these under the table top? Would it cause any issues with the mounts? The desk is a little lower than I would want

No OP but someone mentioned capita legs I believe. You can get those at IKEA as well. Essentially any furniture leg risers, like this one https://www.amazon.com/BQLZR-Stainless-Kitchen-Adjustable-Furniture/dp/B00KQH8HMU/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=bqlzr+stainless+steel+furniture+legs&qid=1579811715&sprefix=bqlrz&sr=8-3

Yep no problem! Amazon sells these and that’s what I’ve seen people use. You might have some luck finding something similarly into your specs.

Thanks! I purchased these in the 104mm version. They don't screw into both sides, I screwed them into the ALEX units and have the tabletop resting on top of it. Works like a charm.
1 points • inatej
The counter top isn’t secured to the spacers at all. It’s held in place by the weight. But I did install some rubber pads just to ensure it’s not easily moved. I used the 2” version of these.

Probably table legs like these.
1 points • On_The_Grid
I didn't actually attach mine. I have the 74" block from HD, and with dual monitors and computer on top it really isn't going anywhere. To stop most sliding around, I found some rubber spacing pads with adhesive, also at HD, and stuck them on top of the drawers. Others get those small adjustable legs for more height but I didn't need that plus didn't want to have to drill into the drawers.

They are legs for furniture. I got the 104mm so I could put my PS4 under it but they also have a shorter set.
1 points • slicer365
Ohh gotcha they are just furniture legs mounted upside down!

Not OP, but I've basically got the same setup but the "feet" I use are the same ones but double the length and I can just barely fit my Xbox One S in the gap, so his probably aren't (he linked them in a comment up top) high enough to throw a console in the gap. Here's the ones I got. TBH I'm probably going to order OP's though because these just make my desk slightly awkwardly high for my chair/height, and my Xbox doesn't live there, just toyed with the idea of putting it there and ultimately decided against it. Hope this helps!

The alexa drawers didn’t come with any stands. I bought these on amazon and drilled them into the top of the drawers. The desk is heavy enough so it never budges.

Thank you for getting back to me. I'm guessing something similar if not the same ones?

I got these adjustable stands (4 inches)and screwed them into the top of the Alex drawers. The countertop sit on top of them, and i havent had an issue with it moving around.

The Alex drawers also came with the rubber stopper dots, but I wanted a bit more height instead.
1 points • roger_the_virus
I used these, and took the plastic tops off (and also removed the feet from the Alex drawers) to get the height right for me.
