10,000mAh for $44 is absurd.
$40 (after $10 clip on coupon) can get you the same thing but twice the capacity. There are even better deals than this, this is just an example.

[Amazon/US] Anker USB-C Chargers are Amazon's Deal of the Day, 27-47% Off
Power Banks
Anker PowerCore Essential 20000 PD - $31.99 (47% off)
- Ports: USB-C, USB-A
- Output: 18W USB-C PD, PowerIQ 2.0 (Quick Charge compatible)
- Capacity: 20,000mAh
- Includes USB-C to USB-C cable
- Charges Switch while you play in handheld mode
- Good for 8+ hours of play with original Switch; 12+ hours with new Switch; 11+ hours with Switch Lite
- Fast charges iPhone 8/X/XR/XS/11, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, LG, and Motorola phones
Lower output for handheld devices with higher capacity. Good for keeping up with your Switch and another device for an extended trip or time away from power outlets. Outputs at 15V, allowing for max charge rate for all model Switches. Something most other 18W power banks can't claim.
On my Best Portable Charger for the Switch list.
Anker PowerCore III Elite 25600 60W w/65W PD Charger - $99.99 (38% off)
- Ports: USB-C, USB-A x2
- Output: 60W USB-C PD, PowerIQ 3.0 (Quick Charge compatible)
- Capacity: 25,600mAh
- Includes USB-C to USB-C cable
- Charges Switch while you play in handheld or TV mode
- Good for 10+ hours of play with original Switch; 14+ hours with new Switch; 13+ hours with Switch Lite
- Fast charges iPhone 8/X/XR/XS/11, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, LG, and Motorola phones
- Will power most 12 to 15-inch laptops with USB-C
Both power bank and included wall charger are overkill for the Switch alone. But is a good all-in-one option if you also travel with a mid to large size laptop. Both power bank and wall charger can power a handheld or docked Switch. Supports up to 78W max total output, so should fast charge Switch and phone or laptop and phone together.
Wall Chargers
Anker PowerPort III mini - $18.99 (27% off)
- Ports: USB-C
- Output: 30W USB-C PD, PowerIQ 3.0 (Quick Charge compatible)
- Needs a USB-C to USB-C cable
- Charges Switch while you play in handheld mode
- Fast charges iPhone 8/X/XR/XS/11, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, LG, and Motorola phones
- Will power most 12-inch laptops with USB-C
Not the smallest 30W USB-C on the market, but one of the more flexible. Fast charging just about any handheld device.
Car Chargers
Anker PowerDrive Speed+ Duo - $15.99 (33% off)
- Ports: USB-C, USB-A
- Output: 30W USB-C PD
- Needs a USB-C to USB-C cable
- Charges Switch while you play in handheld mode
- Fast charges iPhone 8/X/XR/XS/11, Samsung Galaxy S8 and newer, Google Pixel; regular charges other phones
- Will power most 12-inch laptops with USB-C
Standard car charger with two USB ports. USB-C for the Switch. The USB-A will fast charge an iPhone or regular charge an Android at same time.
USB-C Cables
Anker PowerLine III USB-C to USB-C 2.0 Cable - $12.99 (28% off)
- 6 feet long
- 5A/100W support
- USB 2.0 data transfer rate
This is overkill for the Switch, which only needs a 3A/60W supporting cable, even when docked. But as a 100W cable this will charge every USB-C device you connect it to, from handheld to large laptops.
FAQ
It is safe to charge the Switch with a third party USB charger or power bank. There have been no reports of good quality, third party power sources damaging a Switch. There have been problems with third party docks. Those issues stemmed from poor (or no) USB Power Delivery protocols on the dock's power transfer chip. As with any accessory do your homework and buy well reviewed and quality products. I have more details available at Safely Charging the Switch.
You do not need a third party wall charger, as the included power adapter does everything you need. But they have their uses:
- Many are smaller and lighter. And fit in a Switch carrying case.
- No digging behind TV.
- Some are a cheaper alternative to Nintendo's charger.
- Support other USB-C devices better than the Switch's charger.

> Internal batteries are a whole other level of difficulty.
Why not use a PD rated battery bank like this one from Anker?
20,000mAh and outputs 5v@3a so would run any Pi for a decent bit, and it's small(ish) and already cleanly packaged. They also make higher rated ones in terms of both capacity and output. Seems like it's a simple and reliable solution unless my lack of understanding something critical is showing
Only issue I can think of is you might need to figure up some sort of "dummy load" on the bank in case it has an auto off/on, since I doubt an inert RPi draws enough current to do it

The Quest 2 won't stay at 100% when in use. I also run a 16 ft USB-c cable to a 30W charger and it does the same thing. Drops to 80% and stays there.

I like Anker and have many Anker products but I would skip this one. It maxes at 2.4A@5v for a total of 12w so it isn't too bad but many phones are already pushing 18w+ charging speeds and you have to deal with a micro USB input.
This Anker one is +$7, 18w, and has USB-C input/output at about the same capacity.

I've got an anker 20ah unit arriving today. I'll see how it goes, and if it doesn't, I will swap for your model.
I very much appreciate your help, it's exactly the kind of question I am still worried about. The screen I'm considering is 400mah and I'll need a fan as well, so who knows?!

How much power do you need? I have a 288Wh battery I use for camping and it can easily power a laptop. It comes with an inverter for plugging in 110v devices.
Maybe pick up something like that and head to Lake Elizabeth or any of the local parks with a park bench. (Though sitting at a park bench on a laptop is probably not the most ergonomic)

The reason it can't keep up is because of the wattage. Buy yourself an 18W or higher USB-C battery and the problem will go away. The USB-A batteries are 5W max.
Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 PD, USB-C Power Bank (18W), 10000mAh Power Delivery Portable Charger for iPhone 8/8+/X/XS/XR/XS Max, Samsung S10, Pixel 3/3XL, iPad Pro 2018, and More (Charger Not Included) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082WD5TY8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_y4JlFbP52KA1Z

Both of these would do the job and are a lot cheaper.

Their latest generation power banks support 18w usb c power delivery, the USB C port is bi-directional it’s used to charge the battery and also outputs 18W, I’m sure their higher priced banks might even. Be able to run a laptop...

Anker is generally regarded as having the best charging accessories available.
If you want laptop charging, you'll have to determine whether your laptop supports USB-PD charging via USB-C. If it does, that will make your life a LOT easier since there are a lot of power banks that will do USB-PD output. Keep in mind, most of these that are around the size of a cell phone will charge your laptop relatively slowly and they won't charge it very much. If your laptop can only charge using the old style barrel-plugs you'll have a much harder time.
This would be a solid choice if you want laptop charging capability. It'll be a bit slow at 18w, but it will work in a pinch. This is basically the same thing, just slightly smaller and half the capacity if you want to save some money.

and it works great. Tons of power and it charges quickly. Also works great for my iphone since it supports fast charging.

I ordered several packs, and I actually have 3 of these working with my Quest: a long cord from the wall that breakaways at the Quest usbC port, a long cord from the wall that breakaways at the battery usbC port (so I can charge both at once), and a short one that goes from the battery USBA port to the Quest (to charge while playing).
I also used it to standardize all my other stuff. They have adapters for my iphone, my wife's Google phone, my kids kindle fires with microUSB, and so forth. They all use the same magnetic cables. So much easier.
I am ashamed of how I have my battery mounted, actually. I started with two zip ties, but they were letting it slide sideways and were poking out, so I electrician-taped it up over the zip ties. Looks awful. I was actually thinking of going Velcro next. I don't uninstall it. I have a bigger case, and the whole assembly goes in the case together.

So, because I was curious - I did a bit of research for you. As far as I can tell, there are no real products out there that support what you want due to the need for Spotify Connect. This requires much more processing power than just bluetooth / wifi connectivity, which would in turn degrade battery life.
There's just not really any demand for it due to the assumption is that you'll have a phone to supply the audio source, so a bluetooth powerbank / speaker combination supplies functionality for most use cases - wifi connectivity / onboard android / audio processing for spotify connect are counterproductive due to the additional drain.
With that said, if you really want the Bluetooth / Spotify connect / Battery capability in a single unit - I did find what looks to be a viable option for you that meets the requirements. Amazon's Echo / Echo Plus. Combine it with a battery base with a USB port for charging, and you can combine the two into a single unit that does everything you want. There is the drawback of needing to connect to wifi to pair bluetooth devices, but apart from that, it does everything you want, with a 10k mAH battery secured to the underside.

If you're ok with just a bluetooth speaker / powerbank, I rather like the https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N4V4X5M/ref=emc_b_5_t

Safe? sure. Worth it? Probably not.
Any battery pack branded branded by Nintendo or Pokemon is going to have an extra cost attached to it to pay for the licensing fees associated with that branding. So youll end up over paying for less power capacity compared to a battery of a similar price.
For non-licensed battery packs, its usually safest to just stick with familiar brands, stuff like Aukey, RAVpower, or Anker.
$15, 10000 mAh (same size, but half the price of that pokeball charger)
$50, 20000 mAh + Power Delivery
$40, 10000 mAh + Power Delivery
