This is a refurb of the XB273K Sbmiprzx.
This one uses Nvidia Gsync technology where the XB373K Gpbmiipprzx is Gsync certified (freesync). I own the GBP one and it's a great monitor. Both are HDR 400 certified and vesa compatible

Brief amazon search. I got an earlier g sync IPS 144 hz monitor and I absolutely love it.
IPS is a monitor technology with really good colors but it takes more time to switch to each frame compared to TN, but TN has worse colors. That's why it costs 1k for high refresh rate IPS.
I was in your same boots a few years ago so these are my ideas. I recommend you research each one more in depth to make sure none of them have any weird problems.

I know this has been asked a lot lately but I really want to get the right monitor. I am getting Series X, and PS5, and have a mid-high end pc but have always played on a 50 inch tv or my 8yr old tv my mom got me when I was a kid lol. I prefer hdmi 2.1, want at east 4k 120hz. I was looking into the Acer Predator XB3 27"(https://www.amazon.com/Acer-XB273K-Gpbmiipprzx-Compatible-DisplayHDR/dp/B07X5MWMDG/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3L31Y2YEONYWU&dchild=1&keywords=acer+predator+4k+120hz&qid=1602984193&s=electronics&sprefix=acer+pr%2Celectronics%2C152&sr=1-1
) I think this might be what im looking for but I would be really grateful if someone would give me some advice that has owned many monitor's or is just experienced. My Budget is etween $800-$1,000 but I prefer lower to the middle of that.

Can you let me know if this monitor would suffice for when D2 is optimized and for crucible at 120FPS?

Those are all VA panels lol. I mean Acer has quite a few IPS panels well under $500 with a high refresh rate.
Acer Nitro VG271U Pbmiipx 27" WQHD (2560 x 1440) IPS AMD Radeon FREESYNC Gaming Monitor, 144Hz, VESA Certified DisplayHDR400, DCI-P3, (2 x HDMI 2.0 Ports & 1 x Display Port),Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NFK9XST/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_wKxOFbBX38CPA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And if you want something a bit more expensive...

Not yet. Asus is prepping some 4K high refresh rate monitors for the holiday season.
Considering Asus's 4K 144hz monitors using display port cost over a thousand dollars I would not expect them to be cheap.

Hey guys, looking to get the new RTX card when it comes out later this year and looking for a 4k gaming monitor to pair with it. My plan was to go with Acer's Predator XB273K Gpbmiipprzx (https://www.amazon.com/Acer-XB273K-Gpbmiipprzx-Compatible-DisplayHDR/dp/B07X5MWMDG/ref=pd_ybh_a_5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=XZZDAZB4ZBTXGJB7TKVX) as Microcenter has it for mid $700, but then my friend drew my attention to this new LG monitor that is coming out later in the year: http://www.lgnewsroom.com/2020/07/lg-introduces-worlds-first-4k-ips-1ms-gtg-monitor-for-unsurpassed-gaming/#:\~:text=SEOUL%2C%20July%2021%2C%202020%20%E2%80%94,(GTG)1%20gaming%20monitor.

I was wondering if anyone had any input as to which is the better product, as they are both in the same price range and I frankly am not an expert on monitor selection.
